China Lodge – Thornton-CleveleysThe Fillet Steak was so tender and tasty and with chips and peas a most enjoyable repast. The Prawn Cocktail to start was even better becaust it was free with a Gazette Offer
As per usual enjoyed the Sweet and Sour King Prawns with fried Rice. The pot of China Tea just completes the meal. Must try one of the other tasty dishes

Cliffs Hotel – BlackpoolHave been a few times now and will keep going back. Food is always extremely good and service efficient and friendly, even when busy (which they often are) Possibly a tad more expensive than some other local places but still good value. Throughly recommended
Trafalgar Restaurant – FleetwoodThe choice on the carvery was good and on this evening it was Pork Turkey or Beef with all the trimmings served by a cheerful and friendly chef. Licqueur Coffee also enjoyed to the full
County Hotel – LythamThe chip shop pf the stars (signed pics on the wall of just scores of showbiz star and politician who've eaten there) It's been there since the 19th century. Probably the best chippy in the world. Don't miss their special: a taste of half a dozen different varieties of fish. Warning! When they say 'very large' (portions) they mean 'enormous'!
