A party of ten thoroughly enjoyed Sunday lunch in the Bay Restaurant a few weeks ago. We always enjoy our visits and hope it remains the same.

Excellent value two course lunch for £6.50. Go there!!

On entering the restaurant I had my doubts as the downstairs looked like a small cafe. However, on ascending upstairs I soon changed my mind as the decor and the atmosphere was excellent, with subdued lighting, floor cushions, dark red walls and many large statues and buddhas. The restaurant was full, upstairs and down, which has got to be a good sign and added to the atmosphere. Despite being full there was plenty of staff available and the service was pleasant and quick. The food was of a very good standard and I would definately recommend the red curry.

A super place; you can drop in at any time,busy or not,and feel at home.And eat and drink well! High class informality.

Always a great night out at Jack's; you get lifted out of yourself, and come away feeling great.

Good quality food at a reasonable price. Service was excellent. However due to popularity you may have to wait for a table!

Sunday lunch was excellent value with a choice to suit most tastes from 5 starters, 5 main courses including roast beef, pork and lamb, salmon and a veggie and 5 sweets and the cost of the drinks came as a pleasant surprise, I was expecting more.

Very good meal on the Emerald Card a three courser for £6.99, The Rump steak was tender and the sweet was quite something.Hope to return soon.

Although I didn't eat in squires restaurant I did eat in the ballroom at a wedding. I thought the service was extremely good, and the food was of a high standard, both the main meal and the buffet. The hotel is a wonderful venue for any celebration, sophisticated and elegant!
