Excellent Service from Simon and team, Gorgeous Food, venue and Atmosphere. We had a technical issue with our Booking, Simon went above and beyond to resolve this. Very highly recommended!

The premises is a little unprepossessing, could maybe benefit from a cosmetic upgrade. BUT don’t let that put you off. The food was truly outstanding. Starters were excellent, black pudding in peppercorn sauce and mushrooms in Stilton. Either could have served as a main course. Possibly the nicest lamb I’ve ever had, my wife really enjoyed her plaice and loved the new potatoes. Our only mistake was in ordering a side of chunky chips. We coudn’t finish them, and so we couldn’t manage puddings. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and we will be back.

The visit to Lilibet's Afternoon Tea Emporium was a delightful experience. Enjoyed by all who were present. It is a beautiful environment that takes us back in time. Well managed by caring staff. The food was excellent and of high quality, particularly well presented. We shall certainly return to Lytham Hall in the future. It was, indeed, good value for money.

Awkward on arrival ordered drinks at the bar bottled drinks staff couldn't open then find glasses add to a tab. Taken to a table to sit down was given a choice chose table to right walked over then told we couldn't sit there due to it not being cleaned. Sat down at table left for at least 40 minutes before someone came to use to say we've had a "eurgh" in the kitchen so thats why they've not taken our order. Food came and ordered quesidalla and burger very bland not much flavouring. When we asked for Bill again other 30 minute wait and still no bill went to the bar to pay me and friend paid for our own which again was hard work as they couldn't seem to work the till.

Went here for the first time last night. We were trying the new menu out . Booked the table online for 7pm. Was shown promptly to our table. Service was a little slow to begin with Great place. Food was good. A little disappointed that the Cowboy steaks had sold out Nachos were really good. Hubby had the beef brisket is was really tasty. I had the oink balls and cken thighs both tasty.

Brilliant value under the half-price deal. Will return.

Haven’t been for quite some time but based on this experience we would return. Staff were friendly, orders taken in a timely manner and we all enjoyed our food. Pleased to see Light Bites on the menu, too. We were the only table in the dining room but it was a Monday !

Lovely afternoon for my guests, tour of the hall first ,then delicious afternoon tea, the food,service and atmosphere as ever superb. it was nice to see that the tea has evolved into hot and cold , eg soup and quiche ,lovely change. My guests are not local but say they will certainly visit again, they were very impressed with all of hall, grounds , garden centre

This was our first visit to ‘eat in’ at the Buraq Restaurant. We opted for the Buffet so we could try some new dishes. The food was delicious, the service was great and we will definitely be visiting again.

Every time we visit Stefanis we are so impressed! The service, food and atmosphere are all perfect! Highly Recommend for small and large parties, special occasions or just a quick bite to eat!

We opted to go for the Sunday Lunch “afternoon tea”. This was very good with a good balance of sweet & savoury. When the scones arrived they were still hot fresh from the oven! Would definitely recommend to all. Service was excellent from checking in to service.

Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our meal for two. The pizzas were delicious . My wife had the one with vegan cheese and she really enjoyed that which is good as often vegan cheese can taste a bit "nasty". I had the BBQ chicken pizza which was nice but the BBQ sauce was a little overpowering. Having eaten at many Italian restaurants (we were even married in Venice) my only criticism is that family owned Italian restaurants would never buy in tiramisu and Stefanis do. That is a real shame as it was not brilliant and not worth the money. We would eat here again though. Service was both attentive and very friendly.

Came for bottomless brunch. Amazing as always. The pizzas were divine, the cocktails were all perfect. Just love this place and the atmosphere. We are very lucky to have it in Freckleton

Where to start? Booked a table on line a week prior to the booking for my son’s 16th birthday. All well and confirmation sent back for a table of 7 people. However needed to change to 8 and through the e mail the number just kept ringing out left 2 voice mails and one e mail advising this change with no response. We arrived and although not an issue of having an extra person we were sat at the back of the restaurant where by all accounts staff do not visit. Shouldn’t have to ask to order food or not get waited on. All drinks we had to go to the bar. Waitress when we requested to order was very happy to explain their supplier was no good and no brisket on the menu. Waiting time for food was over 90 minutes after ordering and 2 of the 8 meals was incorrect. Requested no Cajun seasoning on one order of chips that arrived with seasoning and another order of chicken burger without cheese came with cheese. A side of topped fries didn’t arrive. Food was bland and tasteless. Restaurant was not busy and over run with staff but not quick on service. Overall tried this restaurant 3 times now over 2 years and all the reviews are correct. Staff slow and not customer focused food tolerable but not great and atmosphere lacking. Need massive changes because great concept.
