Had an excellent meal I had goats cheese and beetroot salad with walnuts, very tasty, another person in our group had a ploughman’s very filling and good selection of ham and cheese etc. 3rd person had vegan nut roast and said it was really tasty, one of the best he had eaten

Another terrific meal! We've been coming here since it was called " Jack's " and eat there regularly, there were 4 of us ad our Toy Poodle Fido. The Goulash was delicious, as were the mussels, fast and friendly service and lovely atmosphere!

Amazing food, great service

Tarleton WI had a wonderful time. The whole experience was excellent. All your hard work by everyone was unbelievable. The time it must have taken you all in making everything and assembling it shows commitment and love of Christmas. We would like to thank the volunteer who took time in doing sign language to on of our members who is deaf it was so lovely and very much appreciated. The volunteer was serving our afternoon tea . I saw so many name badges but I think her name might have been Ann. Thank you so much for the experience.

What a great evening. 7 of us celebrating Christmas. 2 of us had burgers and one a mac and cheese, delicious. 4 had the small plates. 11 in total. Everything was eaten and enjoyed. Had prosecco and cocktails, again very good. Fab service and impressed at the care taken for one of the group who has an allergy.

Booked a meal for our grandsons birthday emailed The Kingfisher with some special requirements email followed up with prompt phone call to discuss requirements.Email received the day before our booking checking that all was well.Arrived a little early due to adverse weather conditions we were sat promptly and had a coffee until the rest of our party arrived.The service was excellent and the food was really good,attentive staff overall excellent venue.Will certainly go again when in the area.

First time we have visited after hearing so many good things, after ordering drinks and food it took 45mins for starters to arrive which was a long time, however food was amazing and could fault any of it, worth the wait but feel in busy nights they need more front of house staff

I only have good things to say about Kingfisher. I moved back to the area a couple of years ago so we eat/drink here regularly. The food is always good (my partner loves the cheese pie) but it’s the staff that make it great. Always super friendly and attentive and this is what keeps us coming back. Thank you!

First time visiting after several recommendations, the pizzas was absolutely fabulous, service was brilliant and the restaurant was a nice cosy atmosphere. Will definitely be back, tops any pizza chains in the area, and a lot cheaper too!

Fantastic food and great atmosphere! Staff were attentive but not overbearing! We enjoyed our breakfasts and weren't rushed definitely be going again!
