Excellent meal and very friendly staff. The new outside area is brilliant and putting in the doors to get to it has made the back room light and airy. They have worked hard to ensure customer safety and confidence by the changes they have made to mitigate Covid-19. Highly recommended.

Visited Guys last night for a birthday meal we sat on the terrace outside, it was fabulous absolutely outstanding the food, the presentation, service and staff were amazing! We had the big seafood platters to share and I ate the halibut and prawns for my main. Would 100% recommend!

I've dined at Guys many times, its a great place but i wanted to take the time to write this review as we were so impressed when we returned for our first meal out for what seems like ages. The place looks great, it is immaculate and the staff, as always, were so welcoming. We all, five of us, loved our meal, i had stilton aigrettes and lasagne because i've missed it for the last four months, the family had swordfish, steak and pizza, we even had a few cheeky desserts, everything was excellent, in fact the swordfish was declared the best meal EVER, quite an accolade! Great friendly atmosphere, excellent food. Guys you've smashed it, we will be back very soon. Thank you

Girls night out on Guys roof terrace. When the sun is Shinning this is defiantly The place to be. Cocktails, great lunchtime menu for 12.50 for two courses. Less tables in the restaurant makes this a really comfortable safe experience.

We returned to Guys Thatched Hamlet on Monday this week after what seemed a lifetime in dining out. And wow, not only was the food as fabulous as normal especially the fegatini, rib eye and chicken a la creme but the whole restaurant looks amazing and the service was excellent. It had just the same if not more atmosphere than before. We will be returning very soon.

A breath of fresh air. It was wonderful to be back with excellent food, brilliant atmosphere and service and the attention to the Covid requirements did not spoil our evening at all. See you again very soon.

Fantastic food and brilliant atmosphere! Very professional attitude towards covid-19 precautions which made us feel safe and comfortable. We were served by a lovely waiter called Cameron who was very attentive and looked after us all night. Couldn’t fault it, 10/10 we will be back!

The recently reopened Guy’s looks amazing, went for lunch today, lots of space around the tables, great service. Hopefully the weather will be better on our next visit so we can dine out on the roof terrace.

Excellent meal,not been for a long time but still great. Staff at the front needed an extra pair of hands but a certain Chinese virus may have hadv a hand in staffing levels.

We visited this restaurant / leisure complex recently and went in one of the restaurants on site: it was like a pub but it was very dark, I ordered lasagne, when the dish came it was burnt and hard on the edges and I couldn’t get a knife through it. I sent it back and ordered another dish which was equally bad. Never going there again. Terrible food, dirty restaurant, poor lighting, uneven surfaces outside.

Outstanding food and service. Made to feel very special. We will definetley be visiting again.
