We booked in for my birthday lunch and had 3 courses. The food was absolutely beautiful. Lovely friendly atmosphere too. Will definitely be returning.

The warmest of welcomes on arrival, followed by excellent service delivering delicious food....no wonder this venue is such a favourite! Thank you Davide, Mariella and team.

Good food served piping hot and they managed my wife’s eating difficulties very well. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good reasonably priced evening meal

A friend and I had lunch here yesterday, 22/09/25, I had lasange, which was of average quality. It didn't wow me wuth the taste. My freind had the pizza, which she said was nice, but woukd of liked a side salad to be included with the price. We were sat there quite a while after they had cleared out plates and weren't asked if we'd like a desert, so we just asked for the bill and were told to go to the bar to pay. There were more staff sat in the restaurant than customers, and they didn't wear a uniform, so where in jeans that were worn half way down there hips by the men., so to us looked scruffy, it's a shame as it looks a really nice hotel, but i'v had better service in the green king pub which is very near to this.

Great food ,service and ambience. Genuine Italian food and hospitality. Good value for money. We treat ourselves every time we visit Tewkesbury.

Another stunning Sunday dinner experience. The food is excellent and the butcher's boards are such a good idea allowing you to carve the meat to your own preference. We both had the Angus beef which is such good quality and so tasty! Lots of staff on and so the service was nice and quick, too.

Great as always

We recently held my dad’s funeral wake at the Codrington Arms, and from start to finish the service and care we received were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, and every detail was handled with kindness, professionalism, and thoughtfulness. We ordered the ploughman’s platter for 50 guests, which came beautifully presented alongside homemade cakes. The food was absolutely outstanding – freshly baked sausage rolls, generous platters of cheese, meats, and accompaniments, and cakes that were simply delicious. Everything tasted homemade with real care and quality, which was commented on by so many of our guests. The team’s attention to detail and warm service really made the day easier for us at such a difficult time. They were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that we were well looked after throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate my dad’s life, and we are so grateful to the Codrington Arms for making the day feel so special. Highly recommended

We met friends at Caffe e Vino for breakfast. Food, friendliness, speed of service all excellent. Can't wait for another meeting!

Outstanding as usual

I took my mum and mother in law to the "seniors" lunch yesterday and had a very nice meal. The roast dinner was very generous and cooked well with plenty of veg including cauliflower cheese which was very tasty. The pudding was apple crumble and custard which again was nice. No choice of the meals but that was fine, we all enjoyed it.

Went for breakfast- Great food, great service, friendly staff, lovely setting- definitely recommend!
