We had another delicious meal here, it never disappoints for unpretentious Italian food. The staff were friendly and attentive, what more can you ask for? One little niggle was that I felt a bit chilly.

Excellent service, good food & lovely Christmas atmosphere for our works Christmas meal for 8 of us.

My friends and myself have been customers of Cafe Vino for several years and during this time the standard of food, service and overall friendliness has been constant. Even around the months of Covid isolation management maintained their high standard. The food is always delicious and of great variety. Staff go out of their way to fulfil your requirements. This is why we revisit again nd again! Well done and thank you Cafe Vino!!

My sister and I met halfway between us for lunch, a repeat visit as we enjoyed our food and experience here on that occasion. I have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant, a varied menu to suit all tastes, well cooked and presented, relaxed service in pleasant surroundings, able to cater for larger parties and smaller tables with no overwhelming noise as the restaurant is divided into smaller areas. Thank you to all the staff!

Really enjoyable lunchtime visit, very pleased with our main courses. Great presentation, flavours and generous helpings of salmon with both our chosen dishes. Of course our desserts were perfect too and the cakes to take home for my daughter! Friendly and welcoming staff as always.

Firstly, let me start by saying that the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The menu was excellent and so was the food. Three small things would have made it perfect. The log fire was fantastic but it was allowed to go out, there was a door open which didn’t allow the fire to do its job and the lack of a little background music, especially at Christmas time.

Our visit to the Miners in the run up to Xmas on a Saturday late lunchtime was a delight. Thoughtful friendly service team was unhurried, and the menu offers a wide range of interesting dishes - unique local chef takes on pub favourites as well as Xmas roasts. All our choices were beautifully cooked and tasty. We were on our way to visit a local attraction and the 3 year old with us enjoyed the kids entertainment which made for a relaxed time. Thank you, we'll come again

Dining with friends that had not been before had high hopes as always had a good meal before, lots of young people serving and running around trying to service the tables but they just had no managerial direction consequently it was abit of a shambles. Wine orders that didn’t arrive, food was ok ish, a lot of money for what was delivered eventually..sorry Croft you need to up your game

Very limited menu. Not everybody wants a Christmas menu in early December. Been there several times but this wasn't the best experience .

Great atmosphere in the centre of the village. The food and drink were exceptional, definitely recommend.

As ever, we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at Cafe e Vino. The chicken was particularly delicious as was the custard tart a Nonna. Only wished we lived closer so we could visit more often
