Absolutely loved it here. The staff were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble and to finish it off the food was gorgeous . We tried to book while we were in Gr Yarmouth but they were fully booked so we made the 2.5 hr trip the week after. Definitely not disappointed and will be back !

Second visit to the smokehouse. Great food impeccable friendly service. Highly recommend you visit you won’t be disappointed. Roxie made the eating experience pleasurable

Great place very child friendly and the food spot on. Little mishap with the food order but was resolved and everyone happy. Great service great atmosphere. Cant wait to go back to the outdoor bbq and festival bank holiday.

First time visit, very nice good atmosphere and excellent food (burgers & dogs we had). Good to see the Grange being used to its potential. Best to Book as was very busy, it would be nice if they had some walk in tables available, maybe the garden area could be utilised (only a small point as sometimes holidaymakers like the flexibility. However i would expect it to do well in the long term, looking forward to a visit next year.

We love this place, been three times this week and a few times before. the food is amazing and the staff are attentive. Cocktails hit the spot. Call out to Kirsty who was very good this week. But generally service has been very good and informative Only two quibbles 1) Need to leave more parking space for diners on a Thursday night when the bikers are in. If you have a booking can be a problem to park 2) check the very nice and large beef short rib is hot all the way to the bone. This isn't a meal for the faint hearted. Will be back soon

Great place, awesome food, brilliant service. Portion sizes are massive, food service is quick, the young team there are really good. We went twice in 2 days!!

We went with friends to The Smokehouse . The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food was excellent and very large portions. We left with very full bellies. Excellent value for money and cant wait to return. The only thing to point out is that the evening was wet outside and the wood floor was very slippery and alot of people were slipping and one member of staff actually fell over. So perhaps a mat on entering would be a good idea. Still would give a 10/10

Disappointing.... Seated upstairs, very cramped and over crowded, the floor shook everytime people moved, like being on a boat. Very expensive. Slow, long waits. Minimal steal variety in the menu. Our Steaks were requested to be medium rare sirloin which came medium, medium rump should have been medium but was rare. Nobody offered second drinks despite long wait and empty glasses. Check back was too late to be useful. Several desserts were out of stock and waiting staff told us they are having problems with supply as everything comes from USA. They also told us the chefs are inexperienced and they are under staffed. She also twice criticised her fellow waitress saying she doesn't know what she's talking about. Unprofessional, young staff. Uncomfortable seating / environment / atmosphere. Expensive, badly cooked food (although chips were nice), Sadly, unlikely to return in a hurry. Spent £80 .... A Refund of 50% would make this better value for money.....

Really enjoyed our visit. Staff really helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much bother. Food was excellent . Had a half hour wait for our mains but they are all cooked fresh and to order so that was acceptable. Nice atmosphere too.

What can I say but excellent food ,staff,and surroundings .On holiday here and passed the sign for Smokehouse restaurant so thought steak . Obviously I had steak cooked to perfection my partner had mixed grill went down a treat plenty off sides too .Plenty off drink choices if you like cocktails like me try there own smokehouse special or invisible man, highly recommend.

Really nice food,, service was not great, poor at best,, waited an hour from starter to main. But worth the wait to be honest, big portions, and tasty. Would return, but hope for better service

Amazing, mouth watering, finger licking food! With the delicious aromas on arrival we were then presented with huge portions of delicious dishes ... thoroughly recommend!! The staff were all very friendly and helpful and they catered well for our young kids. The decor and vehicles were great and we felt like we'd been to an American smokehouse... Yummmm!
