Wonderful staff, food and service once again

Excellent steak We ate here on a Saturday evening and loved everything, the atmosphere was great with a live Oasis tribute outside, staff were friendly and informative. Only thing we would have liked is a fish option but understand it is a steak restaurant and the steak was excellent very tasty, cooked perfectly medium rare and the knife cut like butter. Will definitely be coming back if we return to the area

I had a meal on sunday 27th June in the evening with my family and it was absolutely terrible. We put plonked on a table and left for quite a while. The service was dreadful. The food was awful. I even had a piece of black plastic in my penang curry which was supposedly from a ready meal packet. I would never go back. I think there were too many clients for the amount of staff working. But regardless of that, the quality of the food was extremely poor. I go for quality over quantity any day. Avoid with a barge pole, don’t waste your money.

Portions do big won’t need to eat for a week.Burger very tasty as was the starter ribs (couldn’t order mains ribs they were too big). Staff very friendly and service was quick. Will be booking again whilst we are here .would definitely recommend as good night out.

We had a love meal, large portions,good value for money, staff were very welcoming and friendly. It was a shame that the ladies toilets needed cleaning and air fresheners in to make it smell nice as it wasn’t very nice as the smell hit you as you opened the door.

it was our first visit while we was on a break,excellant service and the food wow so nice and big portions to we had to take out some of the food as we were stuffed and eat it later.couldnt recommend them enough well done done considering whats going on at the moment

I was recommended to eat here and I was not disappointed! I ordered the Rack Sabbath and it was a mammoth portion of ribs and chips! My husband ordered the bucket of wings with Buffalo sauce & they were also very good! The ribs were so succulent and the homemade coleslaw was very nice. The staff were all so friendly and you could tell that they really like working at the Smokehouse. Abbie & Evie we’re our waitresses & they were brilliant. My eldest daughter had the hot dog off the kids menu & she said it was really good. I highly recommend the Smokehouse if you’re in the area but make sure you go on an empty stomach!

Brilliant meal staff couldnt do enough for us, we had 12 in our party and all the food arrived quickly and was cooked to perfection. Best meal of the holiday and the venue was stunning.

We visited the Smokehouse on 23rd June and had a fabulous evening. The food was excellent and the service from Whitney was also excellent. Wish we lived closer so that we could frequent more often.

Had a great meal, Good was Lovely and the service was even better. Our waitress Brittany was really attentive. The atmosphere was great, we will definitely be back again! X

Good quality food a tad on the pricey side but worth every penny not to busy good social distancing very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful

First time visit, lovely atmosphere. Loved the table design, very friendly staff. Food was lovely full of flavour. Had the beef brisket with dirty fries, which i thoroughly enjoyed. Only thing, and this my personal preference, little less BBQ sauce on the brisket, other than that was delicious. Meat was cooked beautifully and service was fantastic.
