Visited yesterday for the first time after seeing the fab photos on facebook. Ordered the Smashburger and although was very tasty it looked nothing the burgers on the picture and as advertised on the specials menu. No beef strips in the burger as advertised and no pink slaw just normal slaw with a few bits of pomegranate sprinkled over. Sadly fries were a bit of a let down too.

Went for lunch with my daughter and grandson midweek, from the minute you arrive you are made to feel at home by the attentive staff. The daily specials menu was a nice addition to the usual menu. We did not order starters as we have been before and the portion sizes are big. All three meals were served looking very appetising, the combination of flavours were great. The Guinness was very good as well. Will definitely be back again. Thanks again for making lunch so pleasant.

Food was very tasty, staff were lovely. Setting was beautiful. Downside, service very slow and requests not followed eg no ice in drink and drink arrives with ice, not once but twice. Incorrect bill paid, felt with grey quickly but these little things make a difference to service when attention to detail is followed. The wait for the food was long, we arrived first but saw others getting served long before us. Tighten up on those minor details and stunning place to visit

First visit, booked a Friday evening table after seeing loads of photos on Facebook Page. Service and reception was warm and welcoming from the start, staff extremely helpful. Slightly underwhelmed with food my wife had to choose a different meal 3 times as kitchen didn’t have all the ingredients to make what was on the menu including cream for the first dish and veggie burger for the second. Staff were extremely apologetic about this. Wouldn’t discount a second visit to see if it was a one off.

Second visit to The Beehive. Fantastic value for money, excellent service from the staff and the food was amazing.

We arrived a little early and told they were getting our table ready, staff were so lovely, friendly and polite. Got our drinks and got shown to our table. Ordered and didn't wait long for our food to arrive. Definitely a 10 out of 10 from me and I will most definitely recommend to friends and family.

Food at this pub is absolutely amazing. Lots of choices on the menu. Everything cooked to order. Great portion sizes. Staff are all lovely especially Julie. Always busy and booking is essential as its so popular, and rightly so! A great place and we're lucky its just round the corner for us xx

Great service as soon as we arrived. Very prompt bar and table staff. Food arrived very quickly and piping hot . Portions are huge and wonderfully cooked. Will certainly be coming back sooner rather than later

First Class Modernisation of Restaurant..Food Great, ..the Pork Belly was delicious, really well cooked, Vegetables not overcooked, Service was very good, nobody constantly asking 'Is everything Alright?', which greatly pleased me....

Excellent service, very friendly and attentive staff. Food was lovely and a bit different which was what appealed to us. Definitely a revisit soon.

Visited The Beehive for the first time in many years as I had been told it was now a restaurant. It was for my son's 22nd birthday. The food was delicious and extremely well presented. There was plenty of it and an excellent range of choices. The service and the staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this for any occasion or even if you just want to treat yourself.

Had Sunday lunch a couple of times now and haven't been disappointed. Traditional Sunday lunch with plenty veg and yorkshire puddings. Really good value for money. Great little restaurant and the staff can't do enough for you. Looking forward to next time already.

Food was absolutely beautiful. Great service and would highly recommend.

The meal on the whole was tasty, meat was delicious, veg superb and plentiful. Yorkshire puds were delicious. On the downside the roast potatoes were positively awful. The knife could not even cut them and they were tasteless. The mash was gloopy. Not a bit like a mama used to make. However I would go back and would recommend. We also had a pud sticky toffee pudding for me and apple crumble for my friend. Both delicious.
