Busy evening but the food was really good. The girl who served us was friendly. Great place right on my doorstep.

Another superb meal at The Rising Moon, Hyde. Glad I booked a table as it was very busy. Lovely young girl who served us who was very good with my friend who is Gluten Free she was telling her how all GF foods are cooked separately and no need to worry, as she too had allergies to foods.

Food as usual was superb. Only downside on our visit 09.08.23 was the service, the 3 young girls were very lax, took nearly an hr for our desserts, asked for the bill and it never arrived but the waitress did to take the payment. When we finally got the bill no one came for the payment so left the cash on the bar with the girl working the bar who clearly wasn’t interested. Yes it was busy but clearly no management to oversee things, a shame really and if it was our 1st time it could very well be our last. However we know how good this place can be just needs more staff or a manager on site.

Great little pub , absolutely fabulous food, a little slower service on this occasion, but the staff apologied a lack of staff this evening, but it didn't take the emphasis off the food, will defo be back again

The food and service was lovely. Perhaps plates for main course could have hot. Hot food on cold plates not idea. I'd still go again

Went here on Monday, 7 August with my hubby, my sister and her husband. It was my sister’s birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was great and reasonably priced. Service was quick and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Took some of my meal home as I couldn’t eat it all and it was so yummy I didn’t want to waste it. We’ll be back soon.

Actually the best Sunday roast I’ve ever had! My favourite meal is Sunday roast and although some come close, this one is definitely the best I’ve ever had. Staff were lovely and friendly, it’s always a lovely clean restaurant. Couldn’t fault It

Amazing Sunday Lunch!! The food was spot on and I rarely enjoy a Sunday lunch anywhere apart from home. Service was just right and food was such value for money, there was plenty, and even though we went quite late on in the afternoon, nothing had run our. Loved it! Thanks Rising Moon!

We ate dinner at the Rising Moon last night and the food was delicious. All home cooked and delicious. The portions were very substantial and reasonably priced. 4 of us ate a main meal and a dessert. We had lagers and soft drinks and the bill came to £114.00. Very happy.

Had a lovely meal on Saturday with my hubby, food excellent, piping hot. Staff were very friendly and looked after us very well during our stay. Thanks guys x

We visit the Rising Moon regularly for meals, we have always had excellent service and very tasty meals. The price is reasonable as well. Our favourite meals are the Sunday roast dinners, the lamb Henry and the braised steak. It is like home cooked. Thank you Rising Moon.

Had the Solar Eclipse, quite possibly the best full English I have had the pleasure of tasting, and I have had my fair share as my ever expanding waistline will attest! Quality ingredients, even the mushrooms were tasty and I normally am not a fan. Service was prompt and friendly, price is great value when you consider a full English delivery on popular delivery sites are around £10-£12 without a brew, which is included in the price of this.

Rising moon is one of our must visit local restaurants. The food is amazing home cooked British meals and the portions aren’t small either On our recent visit we decide to have the Sunday roast. The meat portion was amazing the potatoes delicious All round an amazing meal and service
