As per usual our meal was excellent as usual although they were very busy the waitress and waiters and the head of shift was superb although it was fathers day and staff were extra busy the service staff and the chef who provided our meal was excellent as usual at the rising moon thank you

The food really is lovely portions are very good the only issue is you wait a bit longer for food at peak times but this is to be expected when the food is so lovely. This is definitely my number one choice in Hyde
The Rising Moon – HydeThe food was delicious. We all had different-lasagne , pork loin and hunters's chicken. The service was good. The only issue was it wasn't made clear on booking that we would only be allowed two hours at the table. The member of staff who asked us to vacate the table was very polite but as it was busy there was nowhere to sit and chat which we would have liked to do. We booked for 5 . If we had known we would have booked for 6 as the kitchen closes at 8 so I assume we could have kept our table. The two hour slot needs to be explained more clearly.

The Rising Moon – HydeThe kitchen was very busy which of course cannot be helped however even if you had booked a table there was the same wait for food as people who had not booked. A lovely girl who works at your pub called Georgia was incredibly helpful and was really lovely. Her service was amazing The food was very good and other than the wait there was no faults

The Rising Moon – Hyde2 adults 2 children, arrived 15 mins early for a 5:30pm booking but table was ready for us. Food was good, but we had to wait 40 minutes for our food (which we didn't mind as we could see it was busy), then had to wait 30 minutes for our desserts to arrive. This wouldn't normally bother us, but just as our desserts arrived we were asked to hurry up as the next customers were waiting for the table. This was hardly our fault as we were made to wait for our food orders. I feel the correct approach should have been to tell the people waiting that there was a delay on their table due to the kitchen being backed up, not rushing the people still eating.

The Rising Moon – HydeCame for a meal for my Mums birthday. The food was lovely & so much choice, we couldn't move after! Our waiter (didn't catch his name) was brilliant, so lovely & always checking if we was okay. Would definitely come back & it looks beautiful now it's been done up!
The Rising Moon – HydeLoved the atmosphere great place food and drink. Food was exceptional. The only grip I had was not being able to tip via the card reader. I had no cash so couldn’t tip the server.
