Befriending Lunch Club at The Three Tuns – Review We had a fantastic time at the Befriending Lunch Club held at The Three Tuns. The meal was absolutely brilliant – tasty, well-cooked, and enjoyed by everyone. The staff were outstanding – friendly, attentive, and so welcoming to our group. It was a lovely afternoon full of smiles, conversation, and great food. One of our clients said, “It was such a lovely treat – the food was amazing, and it was so nice to be out with friends. We had lunch outside in the sunshine. The Staff were very patient and explained everything. Our drinks arrive promptly and food just as we had finished our tea and coffee. The sandwich and wrap were very tasty. Although we had finished our meal we were able to continue sitting talking and drinking water. We were not rushed and there was no pressure to pay and go. We would have noticed if they were needing the table and would have left more promptly.

My favourite place for breakfast, lunch or just a coffee. The staff are so friendly and Sally makes the best Eggs Benedict around (get there before 12.15pm); book a table on the covered terrace when the weather's nice (although they do have heaters!).

A high standard of both food and service here at our regular haunt. We're always made to feel welcome, service is always warm and genuine and the food is always tasty and fresh. As the wife and carer to a wheelchair based husband, the team always help where possible from the table that suits us best to cutting the food suitably for a diner with the use of just one arm. Our favourite alfresco café!

Food was really lovely, but drinks must have been quite pricey as bill was high for what was essentially bits on toast and one drink each. We didn't query bill at the time and we didn't get a receipt, but I emailed later just for a break down but didn't get a reply. Partly our fault for not checking drink prices before ordering I guess!
