Another brilliant meal. Have never had cause to complain about any aspect of our meal. Staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. The food is amazing. We have been going for years, since it opened in 2008 but use it more these days. We will certainly be there again and again!

Spoon World Buffet and Bar – ChathamVariety of food was good but it was very cheaply made, like a really bad all inclusive. All food was tasteless and sauces watered down. A not very pleasant family arrived and the child was sick right by our table which made us finish up early and leave. It took a while for them to clean it up. It wasn’t cheap and the food doesn’t warrant the price. Staff were not friendly and welcoming they were rude and abrupt.

Heathfields – BromleyI visited Spoon World Buffet for the first time with my family, and it was an amazing experience. Despite the long drive to Chatham, it was well worth the trip. From the warm welcome by the receptionist to the friendly service of the staff, we felt truly valued. The variety of meal options was impressive, and we were overwhelmed by the choices. The toilet was clean .I must say, money well spent – we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back for another visit soon. THANK YOU, SPOON WORLD BUFFET

The proprietor thought it was okay to keep sitting down in cafe seats and not bother particularly when people came in, just gesticulating where to sit, which if I were the owner would be addressed as it's lazy, off-putting and gives a couldn't care less impression. No fish and chips available ,fryer broke at Christmas time, a month ago!! 10% service auto added to bill, which I find annoying, should be customer choice in my opinion. Was removed without question and my choice of tip given Passage to toilet wet and slippy from leak in roof., rather than put a bucket or something to catch drips, just a sign.
