This is the second time I have been here and both times have been perfect. The setting is lovely with a large car park and lovely outdoor seating area. We were a party of 7 and ordered a variety of meals which were cooked fresh and all arrived together. The fish and chips are amazing but all meals were of a very high quality. Service was exceptional with all staff being efficient, friendly and going that extra step to make our experience special. Thank you

A party of 4. We enjoyed Sunday lunch Service excellent , very attentive staff. Also we could have smaller portions which was appreciated. Lovely ambience. Decor was well thought out. We will be back for an evening meal which will be special especially in the main dining room.

Had Sunday lunch which was very good unfortunately it was spoiled by having to wait 1 hour from ordering to food to arrive atmosphere the table atmosphere very pleasant

Only 3 diners, I wasn’t well. 2 main courses very good, I main course ( chicken) poor, totally overcooked.

Had the best fish and chips, the fish was so tender and deliciously flakey so light. Not a chip person but adored there chips. My husband really enjoyed his mixed grill . The staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was excellent. A great atmosphere ; everything was perfect , could not fault it at all.

Lovely venue with great waiting staff. Meal fine but our request to have a break between starter and main course seems to have been ignored by the kitchen team (we’d asked for half an hour but got 5 minutes). This was particularly disappointing as we’d arrived and been seated 20 minutes early so the kitchen shouldn’t really have been expecting to go home so early anyway but (in common with lots of places now) the chefs wanting to get home takes priority over the customer wanting a night out

Another enjoyable visit to the Lunesdale Arms, I unfortunately only have one complaint and that is on all my visits here the service can be slightly disappointing (don’t get me wrong the staff are very nice), the problem is it’s hard to get the staff’s attention so I have found myself on more than one visit having to get up and go to get a member of staff to order extra drinks etc, I feel the waiting on staff need to be a bit more aware/attentive. The above said, I fully recommend dining at the Lunesdale to anyone reading this.

We had a lovely surprise walking into the Lunedale Arms as we hadn’t been since it was the Fenwick Arms and was very different. The interior was exquisite with beautiful decor and a calm elegant setting. We had Sunday lunch which was served with care and tasted delicious. We are definitely going to be back soon.

On Saturday 15th September we had a fabulous meal and experience. Great food, great service, great value! Make sure you try them out!
