Had a lovely meal here Saturday 16th September early evening. Great atmosphere on arrival and were shown to our table quickly. We asked for a quieter spot and they managed to get us a table in the snug which was appreciated. Three of us had the tempura prawns which were delicious and our remaining party had the bruschetta which was very good. Mains were two wild mushroom and spinach pasta dishes, one mussels and one sea bass. All excellent and served promptly after our starters, also drinks topped up efficiently. Overall a great evening in a lovely restaurant. Easy to book online with choice of times.

Took friends for Sunday lunch. Our booking wasn't until 2pm and the beef option was unavailable which was a shame. Otherwise we had a fabulous time. The food was delicious and the staff were lovely. Would definitely go again.

Had a fabulous meal at the lunesdale last evening (Sunday). A lovely welcome and a really pleasant atmosphere. We received great friendly and helpful service. The cost was really reasonable too. Very good value. This was my first visit but will definitely go again. Well worth it!

Fabulous food, we both really enjoyed our starters and mains, no room for dessert! Best food we have had in the area, staff very helpful and pleasant, nothing was too much trouble. Cannot recommend highly enough, we will be back!

Food and service were superb, have been quite a few times and will certainly be going back.

My wife and I enjoyed a first class meal served in very pleasant surroundings. The service was very good with friendly and helpful staff. This was not our first visit and it will certainly not be our last.

Had evening meal Thursday 7th. Meals and options were for the two of us excellent. Staff including the landlord ( I think ) very good.

First visit which we thoroughly enjoyed Loved the vice, service , wine and taste & presentation of the food. We would respectfully suggest that chef consider replacing the crushed veg vegan burger with a plant based burger. My wife and daughter are vegetarian not vegan so requested cheese on the burger for which they were charged £2 for the privilege, but we hope be back soon.

Lovely food and great service. Smart and stylish decor. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our evening.

As always, the warmest welcome, friendly & efficient service, FABULOUS food so very reasonably priced & all set in the most beautiful, tasteful & very relaxing environment. Never disappoints….. we can’t wait to return!

What a fabulous place! Gorgeous food, lovely staff and such a stylish pub! Very cosy and welcoming but really nicely done, looks fab and feels very elegant. Really adds to the atmosphere. Shame we were only up on holiday or we’d come all the time! Good choice of food on the menu. Kids went for pizza which was very good. I had the sea bass linguine which was absolutely divine. Not too badly priced either. Hoping we’re up that way again soon!

The food was fresh and delicious - gorgeous decor in the restaurant. The two young ladies who serves us were extremely pleasant and we couldn't have asked for a better service - well done !! wish we could have left a tip but had no cash sorry ! :)

The food was lovely as was the whole experience . The staff were attentive without being over so. Definitely will return.

We had a special family Sunday lunch- six adults, one five year old and two under ones. We were all catered for very well. The food was excellent and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. We shall certainly be back.
