Well, I booked a table for 2 online, very easy and problem free. We arrived in good time and were shown to our table. We were just left there, no offer of drinks even. I went to the bar to order some drinks where I found no staff. We just left. I can't recommend food as we didn't get that far, service was non existent.

Was initially sceptical of a smokehouse who have Heinz bbq sauce on the tables, should have listened to my gut. We won’t be eating here again

Waitresses did not know what beers were available on the bar and no drinks menu was offered. Disappointed overall.

Henry’s Smokehouse – KirkhamI don’t normally leave reviews but feel I have to… the first thing I could smell when I walked in was urine, the n we were sat quite close to the toilets. shame really as the food was ok. Place was cold. Seemed like a lot of staff not knowing who’s doing what although very nice & polite 4 people asked us if we were enjoying our meal when they walked past. Bit excessive. Seemed unorganised

Henry’s Smokehouse – KirkhamExcellent Service from the attentive friendly staff. We had the Enormous Beef Ribs and Ceaser Chicken Salad. Looked and tasted great. First visit, but will be back again soon to try out more from the smoke house menu.
