Tiger Lounge – ClitheroeFantastic as always! gorgeous meal for me my fella and little girl. garlic bread with cheese is to die for!! (we had 1 garlic bread between us) We had a starter each (me and fella) and pizza for me n fella (little one had some of ours) 2 pints of larger and fruit shoot £38.50...service fantastic!
The Halfway House – ChorleyDreadfull stay well clear. Managment rude service slow food not worth the wait. Kitchen looked dirty!
Dunkirk Hall – LeylandEaten in here twice can recommend the ribs, fantastic. Service very attentive and friendly staff. Will be going again without a doubt.
Trungs Restaurant – Carnforthfood like your gran or mum used to make, not great but pleasant enough.
Ranken Arms – Darwenabsolutley crap the food is about authentically italian as a lancashire hot pot .all the tomato based dishes taste no better than dolmio sauce.
Mangiamo – Darwenthis restaurant is an hidden gem if you live anywhere within a 20 mile radius of this restaurant stick the postcode in your sat nav and find this modestly looking restaurant
Great Village – Blackburnbest indian restaurant in the world no other indian comes close.mr ali & is 3 brothers in the kitchen are superstars.
Anaz Indian Restaurant – Darwenok but not in the same league as its neighbour the anaz then again who is .in any other town or city this would be one of the best.
Akash – Darwenjust excellent nothing fancy just simple but delicious dishes using the very best local produce. dont be put off by the prices you are paying for quality
Clog and Billycock – Blackburnnot bad for a chain restaurant puts a lot of independently owned italians to shame pizzas are excellent
Frankie and Bennys – Blackburnworst indian in darwen why go here wnen you have got the anaz or akash to choose from not saying its rubbish but doesnt compare to its rivals
Raj Mahal – Darwena very average chinese restaurant slightly above takeaway standard at rip off prices.some of the other reviewers with their over the top reviews have clearly never sampled proper chinese food.
Ocean Palace – Darwenthe food is to die for as good as it gets apart from maybe the desserts not quite up to the michelin starred rating but everything else just stunning.the only ting that lets it down is the stuffy service & snobby customers. you can get just as good food at ramsons in ramsbottom without the over the top service & snobby customers and also unlike northcote the desserts are the same standard as the other courses
Northcote – Blackburnexcellent place to eat superb food the duck spriing rolls cannot be beaten, up there with the clogg.
Millstone At Mellor – BlackburnExcellent food, excellent service, you really can eat as much as you want, and it just keeps coming. Nothing too much trouble.Exceptional value for money
La Casa de Salsa – ChorleyI really didnt realise how good our local chinese was untill one night we tried a different local one, as chung seng was closed. I always phone my order in and it is always ready within 20 mins, the food is very fresh and tasty, and the prices are pretty good too.The night we tried another local chinese it went straight in the bin, it was too salty and greasy,So chung seng rules!
Chung Seng TakeAway – BlackburnThis is a nice pub I go to on a regular basis, nice atmosphere, nice decor and nice people and always good entertainment. Saw a band on there on Friday 13th, (omfg or something they were called) they were really good will watch out for them again. Like to keep up with the local talent! Nice food too.
