Unfortunately this visit was very disappointing. It took over an hour for the waitress to take our order (and we had to prompt this). The sharing starters arrived. We had to ask for serviettes and plates. We had to use salt and pepper from a different table. Prior to finishing our starters, five of our mains arrived and our starters had not been cleared. We waited a further 10 minutes for the other mains to arrive. It was clear that the food had been stored under warmers as it had dried out. The chicken and cheese salad contained no cheese and was extremely greasy. Two of the meals were acceptable. The service was poor, we believe to be down to the lack of staff. The food was poor due to the lack of staff serving the food in an acceptable timeframe. The waitresses were very pleasant and dealt with our concerns as best they could. Very disappointing experience.
