Booked here for a work Xmas meal, it wasn’t the best. It doesn’t feel authentically Italian and the service was strange. Our starters came really quickly and mains took ages, very inconsistent.
Giorgios Ristorante Italiano – HeadingleyWent here for a family meal for sons birthday and had a lovely time. Staff excellent especially the two gentlemen with glasses sorry didn’t get your names. One I think was the manager and the other waiter was an older man who was lovely. The food was very good and very plentiful. Very reasonable prices too. Will definitely go again.
Maxis – YorkWe went for carvery last Sunday as a family of 4, we booked in advance (about an hour before) and got a nice spacious table near to the carvery itself. From the minute we entered the service was excellent with every member of staff grating us with a smile which on a cold miserable day is just what you need! The food itself was lovely, we had 3 carverys and a child's meal. We have tried a few places recently for Sunday lunch but have decided the Ship will be one we will definitely be returning to. Would definitely recommend for service, quality and value for money.

The Ship Inn – BridlingtonThis was our first visit to the Aegean and we were really surprised how good it was. The place is a little gem. Food was amazing (although do need more gluten free options). The staff were friendly, helpful and always there to help. Very homely atmosphere. Food prices are really good. Will definitely be visiting again.

We had a great experience as expected, and was very appreciative that they catered well for gluten free - would recommend for anyone with coeliac. The food is very well priced, brilliantly presented and full of flavour. Would suggest just going and trying this place for yourself.
