We went to skipton for the first time to experience a historical Yorkshire town and wanted to have a nice coffee and cake!! We saw your quirky outside area, which looked exciting and thought we would give your shop a try.We entered your shop and requested our order but your response was very rude and you refused to serve us due to only ordering two drinks and saying that 5 people only having two drinks was bad and rudely refused to serve us and said that we should go somewhere else. This wasn’t the welcome we where expecting to this lovely scenic town.We went to another cafe which far nicer than your experience that you gave us and will never return to your cafe again :)

Red Rose

A great hotel in the lovely village of Helmsley. We were lucky with the weather and as a result it felt like we were in Southern France. The outdoor pool and spa excellent. We ate in the Weathervane restaurant which was excellent. Beef, trout, seabass and soup all marvellous. highly recommended.

Really lovely staff cant do enough for you so friendly , food was gorg ! Went for sunday lunch , def go again would recommend to anyone.

Dined at the ship Inn the food was quite good , The only problem we encountered was staff were in my opinion doing too many jobs, working the bar, taking orders, serving the food, although they were very polite and friendly.

Without doubt this is the finest pub in Yorkshire by a mile. The staff are absolutely brilliant and always greet you with a smile. The food is delicious and they now have an outdoor pizza oven which is exceptional. Highly recommend this place.

Recently refurbished bathrooms and floors made wheelchair access better than the old carpet. Food and service as good as ever.

Starters were amazing. The mains were a little disappointing. The chicken was slimey. And did not really enjoy the chicken with sweetcorn. Shane really as it was a birthday meal.

If you're looking for a first class restaurant, try Little Sicily Italian restaurant. We went 5th May Sunday dinner - perfect, hot, good taste, well served and well priced. Same on Tuesday evening,7th May. What a little gem, we give it full marks.

Food was delicious when it arrived. Unfortunately service was very slow. Took three hours for starters and mains to come.
