Amazing! Great value, wonderful quality......one of the best takeaways we have had for a long time.

Run by some dodgy Greek bloke who looks dirty and the chips are ruddy awful. Not cooked traditionally at all - it's all done in cheap vegetable oil so why call it traditional...to justify overpricing???

We were regular customers until about 12 months ago. 9 months ago the restaurant started to go down the drain. The place was dirty, the carpet wad ingrained with bits of fat and chips and looked as if it had been swept for weeks. Someone had made an effort to clean the tables but still left salt and bits all over. What was cleaned off the table either went on to the chairs or the floor,and the room also looked as if it had not been cleaned for weeks. The staff on restaurant duty could not care less about the state of the room. Last but not least the FISH AND CHIPS were very good.

I was a costumer for several years, for professional reasons we have been away for 10 years. We just came back and it was one of the places we really wanted to see again. The disappointment was unbelievable. We are the couple who left the main corse on the table with a nearly full botle of wine, paid the bill and just walked away. Not only we will never go back, but also we will be advertisng how **** it was.

Steve and Sue run a great pub in Hollym , so welcoming with fantastic ales. Also Sue's great food. Very dog friendly ( and kids ) our dog wanders about making himself at home. I can recommend the plough 100% Ben's Pop.

Millbridge fisheries is the best fish shop that. I know if I had to rate it I would give it a 10/10.

Had soup and a roll this lunchtime with my wife, absolutely wonderful mushroom and rosemary with gorgeous roll . Had lunch last week with wife and sister in law all excellent.

Absolutely beautiful. Staff are friendly and we can't cant get enough of the place. Referred a lot of friends and they all say the same. See you again soon.

My food was okay my grandmothers soup wasn't soup but some form of vegetable stew. When we took my two year old cousin out to play in the play park there were large pieces of glass scattered all around the climbing frame. Down right dangerous. When we told a staff member about it she took at least ten minutes to come outside and then she did nothing. The play park was covered in rubbish its disgusting.

La village restaurant Bradford. Celebrated my fathers birthday at this nice restaurant. The food was lovely, staff were very efficient. Everything was done how I wanted. Thankyou very much. We shall come again.

We had a two break at the Boar's Head in Sept'14. The welcome, accommodation, food was first class but a 'gold star' award for the friendliness of all the staff. The Bowie's.

The best ever Indian we have been to and will not go to any other now. The food is amazing and the staff are so lovely and polite after a good night out in town we come in.

The Garden of India has to be one of the best curry houses in York all food prepared freshly and all the staff are very helpful .The delivery service is spot on to never cold and always on time ..

Small but immaculate and modern. Pleasant staff and the food excellent. Cooked fresh and served with a smile. Been twice and looking forward to returning. Plus point is sell only soft drinks, so you can take your own wine or beer. Extensive menu. A little gem.

Took my partner here for his birthday last night and I will have to say it was the perfect night. Food was delicious,staff were attentive and the atmosphere was wonderful. Will definitely be going again and recommending to friends and family

Food excellent - well worth the money - the smaller portions are ideal for my mum as she does not have a very big appetite due to illness. Would recommend this pub to all my friends and family. Will be visiting again very soon.

I have been here three times now and found the food and service very good.
