Having eaten here on a number of occasions I have to say the food is of a constant high quality, service polite, friendly and very efficient, and portions are more than generous. Highly recommended.

Olive Bar & Grill – Doncasterwe had steak and chips, its one of the best steaks I've tasted, bread & butter pudding was excellent, the whole meal was spot on. the pub staff were helpful & friendly. will come again
The Three Horseshoes – WakefieldMyself and my partner visited this restaurant for the 1st time last night. It was a Tuesday night, and it was quite busy, which is always a good sign. The service & atmosphere were great, and more importantly the food was excellent - fresh, well presented and very tasty! It was very good value for money, and all in all we enjoyed it very much. We live about 20 miles away, but we will definitely be returning. We decided to go here after reading all the great reviews on SV, and we were not disappointed at all.
Aldo’s Pizzeria – CleckheatonBrilliant place, wonderful food, great service and lovely views for somewhere so near the city centre
Akmals Tandoori Bistro – Leeds City CentreAn extraordinary explosion of flavours. This was the best veggie food I have ever tasted. I have already been telling my friends about Prashad.
Prashad – BradfordA mixed review from the curry club at this venue. The staff were friendly and helpful for most of the evening but seemed unable to explain which curries were in the Thali (a little disappointing). An enjoyable evening however with reasonable food. A DLCC averaged rating of 7.8/10
Aagrah Restaurant – HuddersfieldAlthough lovely at the restaurant the takeaways are more than disappointing my food has always been over an hour, cold or missing part of my meal, when i rang up they told me i hadn't ordered rice or naans with my meal and was then charged for the portions to be delivered even though they should have come free with the meal (and yes i did order them with my takeaway), by the time the rest of my meal arrived the initial delivery was cold. Highly disappointing.
Saffron Desi – MorleyExcellent food. Excellent service. Open kitchen -> nothing to hide. My only criticism is that the food is a little rich for authentic plain Italian food, but I suppose that's the point, and also it is a little pricey, but have used many times and will many more. It's full most weekends which is obviously a sign that somethings right!
Elupo Pizzeria Italian Restaurant – RotherhamThe food here was actually not too bad, if a little greasy. Everything else about the experience, from the empty restaurant to the filthy toilets to the food-spattered menu to the inexperienced watering from the restaurateur to the frankly expensive food was bloody abysmal. Never again. Since this experience they've had buffets, all-you-can-eat and so on to try to attract custom and I've not seen anyone eating there for a year.
Zaiem Tandoori Restaurant – RotherhamFairly plain chain pub food. The last time I ate there I complained about the "Rosemary roasted potatoes" which were obviously deep-fried, and that is in fact the LAST time I eat there. Having said that, they do nice burgers. I wouldn't venture far off-piste though. One thing to be said is that this pub keeps good beer.
Hind, The – RotherhamThis is just Wetherspoon chain pub food, but I have to say it's fairly badly comparable to other Wetherspoon outlets. It used to be good but I had a burger there at the weekend - a GOURMET burger no less - and it came with no salad and undercooked chips. Well, what could be easier to get right than that? This place is (mid 2010) OFF my list of places I will willingly pay my hard-earned money for food. Good beer here though.
Bluecoat, The – RotherhamA lovely building. Very impressive. All let down by poor food. If you like mass-produced pub food you'll like this, but it's expensive. Three mains cost me over thirty pounds and my pie was almost too salty to be edible. A real shame because this is a beautiful building and a sun trap.
Earl of Strafford – RotherhamI haven't been here for a couple of years now after some atrocious pizza and dreadful stroganoff. I have noticed that recently they've been doing two-for-one offers and such. Business must be booming!
Italian Pizza Oven – RotherhamLa Besi provides a great atmosphere for relaxing during lunch or for entertaining friends over dinner. The home-cooked food is especially pleasing, bearing in mind the relative low cost and the friendly service by which it is brought to the table-side. Not only that, but La Besi serves the best coffee in Leeds city centre!
La Besi Restaurant – Leeds City CentreInitial impression, always looks empty, cannot see into restaurant from outside, very unwelcoming, hence only just ventured in since Leenas first opened & only then because my dining partner twisted my arm. Once inside, very cold look, cheap white painted walls, see through, requires a couple more coats preferably a warmer cream colour & the burgundy wall has got to go, reminded me more of a painted up damp cellar than a warm welcoming restaurant, warmer colours & some pictures hung would totally transform. The staff & the owner absolutely brilliant, really nice & friendly, attentive yet unintrusive. The food, Pickle tray spot on, very nice, Starters, again outstanding Main, nasty, early eighties chip shop curry sauce with dog meat, limp chips, rice nice but came on a side plate, naan average. Overall, will not return or recommend, real shame because the leenas team are really nice & i applaud anyone for getting of their backside & giving it a go.
Leenas – Huddersfieldexcellent pizzas and big enough for anyone which is not always the case nowadays, calzone huge and very filling with everything cooked perfectly will be going again ,only issue was the noise it was loud like a works canteen ,will go during week next time
Best curry house in Ossett by far, friendly staff, and excellent value for money, all takeaway currys come in large containers
Gandhi Spice – WakefieldGood pub grub, at v good prices!! There is also a great beer garden and children's play area. Also, very friendly service.
