feels like they go for quantity not quality. vege pizza looked like they had just thrown every thing they had on it. my request for no olives was written down by the waitress but the pizza came with millions on it.
Oakleys Grill and Pizzeria – SkiptonBrilliant, brilliant, brilliant! We loved this place. Fabulous food served in unpretentious surroundings with heaps of passion and a generous dollop of love. We were made to feel so welcome on our recent visit to Prashad, as if we were doing the restaurant a massive favour just by being there. The culinary attention to detail was outstanding, with every morsel of food prepared and cooked to perfection. The mixed platter starter was an absolute joy; a treat for the taste buds with its glorious variety of textures and flavours. To avoid disappointment, we'd advise booking a table in advance for this bijou eatery. Our only regret is that our home town is geographically too distant from Prashad. Does anyone know any way of pushing Edinburgh and Bradford closer together?!
Prashad – BradfordWe went to Samis for a friend birthday meal and i have to say I was not at all impressed. The starter was OK - goats cheese in filo pastry, however the main course (lamb couscous) was a dry, overcooked lamb chop on a bed of very bland couscous, no sauce and a few mushy carrots on the side. Desert was a dry chocolate cake which was clearly fresh out of the cash and carry freezer. When we went to tip the waitresses said that all the tips go straight to Sami the owner, and when we said we wanted the tip to go to them, they said they weren't allowed to accept it. I will not be returning here again.
Samis – Chapel AllertonI would not recommend this pub for a meal. Since being taken over by Vintage Inns it has a lacklustre menu. And the food served to me on 07/10/10 was appalling and worse than that I had to pay for it even tho I made 2 complaints. Shocking way to treat customers! I have been to Dick Hudsons on numerous occasions over the years but I think I have now been for the last time. Shame really as its a great pub with great views and it used to have fabulous home cooked meals

Missoula – YorkJust returned from a visit to Lambath Hull for a carvery as a birthday treat, absolutely awful experience, table was dirty and the food was luke warm., the beef was inedible as many complained about, all the dishes were empty and it wasn't even busy. The gravy was so watery it had no taste and just ran from the food, the best part of the meal was the pint of cider we had.
Lambwath – HullI was born in Bradford, my mother lives 5 minutes away from Prashad and this is the first time I have eaten here and the question I ask myself is why did I not know about this little gem of a restaurant? After watching Gordon Ramsay's show and my love of curries I invited friends to join me from Wetherby. Wow - an explosion of flavours described the eating experience at Prashad, we received exceptional service the whole night. The restaurant is small so my advice is to get booking now as there is limited availability due to its popularity, quite rightly so - but it is worth the wait. Thanks to all the staff at Prashad who made the dining experience a delight; he food speaks for itself - exceptional! Linda (7 October 2010)

Da Vincis – YarmWhinstone View is a fantastic place for all occasions. Very friendly staff and the food was great all the family were catered for. Lots of seating options, great in the summer on the patio or around the real coal fire in the winter.
Whinstone View Bistro – MiddlesbroughI tried this pub 3/10/10 on Johns recommendation. You really do need to try this good pub grub, excellent value for money, compliments to the chef and staff. Will go again defo!!!!!

Missoula – YorkI visited Prashad after watching Ramsays Best Restaurant and was impressed by the strong family values and passion which Prashad showed in abundance. I took my 4 year old son on a Sunday afternoon for. The restaurant was fully booked so I opted for a take out. In the takeaway part, there is building work been done at the moment. I got talking to 3 guys from Liverpool who had drove all the way over to Bradford to try the restaurant. Their review of Prashad had me drooling all the way back to Shadwell. When I eventually arrived home, I devoured the food and can't wait for my next visit to try more vegetarian dishes.

We would recommend the platter, which has loads of different starters. The service was great, they came and greeted us and were very polite. Hope they bring a Prashad too Birmingham.
