I love the Prashad. I was born and bred in Bradford so (rightly) believe that my city has the best curry houses in Britain. And yes I've tried Brick Lane and the curry mile in Manchester... Fine in their way but if you want the best come to Bradford. And if you want the best of the best go to the Prashad. The fact that this is veggie heaven is irrelevant. The meat eaters I have been with have never come away saying 'ooh I did miss my chicken tikka they come out going 'wow'. This is because the food here is cooked with love. You can tell when you eat it! Fantastic flavours and great value. 3 of us went out on Tuesday night this week and we left full up to our chins having spent under a tenner each! And while I'm getting all giddy I might as well mention the service. It's great. Not because it's particularly polished. It isn't. The waiters haven't been on a course on how to deliver good service. It's great because the guys are just nice people being friendly and considerate. If you want to eat excellent food in a non pretentious friendly atmosphere shout hurrah for the Prashad and get yourselves down.

La Tavas – HalifaxThis restaurant looks nothing from the outside, however once inside your transported to india! Lovely authentic music, fast service and outstanding food that is very hot on reaching the table. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Chandelier By Mumtaz – Leeds City CentreAlthough we did not stay to eat as they were fully booked so can only comment on the wine bar aspect - we were made to feel exceptionally welcome, lovely atmosphere, menu looked great and the olives and paprika chorizo that came with the excellent house wine were delicious - would certainly return another time, this time with a booking.

Rinaldis – WakefieldAte here 16 Feb. The pub is really friendly and has a real homely feel-slightly shabby but adds to it. All the staff are really friendly. We ate currys - £6.50 for curry, rice and nan bread and an extra 50p for chips cooked in skins yummy Sticky Toffee Pudding was delicious even if I shouldn't have had it :-) Will eat here again most definately. It's a pub grub menu so not flash dining but as my "new local" I will be eating here once a week
Duke of York – HalifaxTheo's is definitely our favourite restaurant and we are regular customers. The food (cooked by Nick the chef who is also the owner) is absolutely brilliant. The portions are more than generous and can't imagine anyone leaving the restaurant not full!!!Nick is very passionate about his food and restaurant, hence he always circulates in the restaurant later in the evening when cooking is over. A very friendly and hospitable restaurant.
Aya Sophia Greek & Mediterranean Cuisine – Hebden BridgeFlorrios is always reliable - nice italian food, lovely atmosphere, families very welcome!! I think this is an ideal place to eat with family and friends - the early bird session between 5 - 7 also helps count the cost! Well worth a trip
Florios Pizzeria Restaurant – ScarboroughI took my grandparents, girlfriend and brother for a Christmas treat and was very impressed. Since going I have also visited the restaurant they have opened in Halton and was equally impressed. The staff are really polite, friendly, attentive and accommodating. The food is good and the price is very reasonable. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Each time we have visited Prashad we are amazed at how so many vegetable dishes can taste so good. We urge all non vegetarians and vegetarians to try eating at Prashad - you will not be disappointed.

Mother Hubbard – ScarboroughChina Moon saved the day for us on Saturday. We had booked a table at Jade Palace for valentines weekend and we were still waiting for food almost an hour later. The restaurant was full of smoke so windows were open and it was freezing. We paid for our drinks and left without food as the customer service was appalling. we walked down to China Moon and within 5 minutes we had drinks plus duck & pancakes and had eaten as much as we could within the hour. Thankyou China Moon we thoroughly enjoyed it and you were all so friendly

It was the perfect setting for a romantic evening and I thoroughly enjoyed the attentiveness and willingness to please from all the staff. I've been to many restaurants in the past but i have to say the service was quite impressive. The restaurant was very busy yet the food arrived on time and tasted great. When i thought the night couldn't get any better I was handed a roses by the manager, the perfect touch to finish a fantastic valentine's evening. Highly recommended. Emma

The food was generally good however despite stating that all children were under 15 still at school we were charged for 5 adults. The children hardly ate anything tbh. I was told Adults are classed as 8 or over! There is nothing on the website sugarvine or the restaurants flyers to this end.Dont mind paying for a good meal but not been robbed. Will not be going back.
Polash Tandoori Restaurant – PudseyI recently had my leaving "do" at China Palace;after being let down by other venues we decide to go local and are really glad we did. The manager and his staff put themselves out for us providing 24 hungry people with tasty, hot and well presented food. The staff were attentive,friendly and could not do enough for us. We revisited again yesterday and nothing had changed;we will not be travelling outside of the village for a Chinese meal again.
