Nice atmosphere, good service, plenty of food. Went for Sunday lunch and also provide an excellent Sunday lunch for a coeliac.

We had a fantastic large family meal here on Saturday. They where 16 people, we pre booked and pre ordered the meals. All the meals arrived to the table together and warm which was really good. The staff are attentive and well mannered. The food was lovely.

Always a 5 star service at the Dove! I think me and my husband know the menu back to front! Wing night is always the best, but everything on the menu is a 10! Love the place and the staff are amazing also!x

We’ve used this pub several times for food, and no issues. Yesterday our Sunday lunch was served and it was lukewarm. I spoke to the waitress and to her credit and the chef both our meals were replaced with ones that were piping hot and delicious. Something obviously went wrong between serving it up and delivering but it was immediately rectified. Good service and dealt with professionally and in a friendly manner. Credit to the chef - it was very hot indeed!

4 of us had a late lunch here yesterday. It was absolutely spot on. Only our second visit here but it has gone to the top of our list of go to places in our local area. The food was cooked perfectly, good quality and good portion sizes. Also very well priced too. We will be back!

Had a great family meal here. The service was friendly, the menu had lots to choose from, and the food was well presented and delicious. Would definitely recommend.

I have been to Cheakos in Lutterworth 7 times over the last 2 years. Every time and always had great food. Not necessarily the biggest choice of food, but always excellent. Atmosphere is dependant on how many bookings there are, but generally good to very good. Definitely will be going back again, and can recommend to others. 5*

The food was good the service friendly and polite the pub was a little quiet but that was ok.

Attended The Dove on 22/12/2025 for a works Christmas Meal for 17 people. changed to 16 on arrival as one person stuck in London. Alex accommodated the last minute change without a problem. Despite the restaurant being full, as expected, the service was excellent and the food arrived on time and as ordered. Well cooked and presented and very good portion sizes. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and there was a great party atmosphere. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Great value for money. (Especially as the boss was paying Thanks boss!!)

We both enjoyed our meal. Noticed however that fish portion was definitely smaller than before. Service was good Atmosphere was good Always enjoy visiting the Bricklayers.
