We regularly go to Ellenders as club once a month. This month we booked our "early Christmas meal." We pre-ordered 22 meals and once we arrived at 7pm we all had our food by half past 7, all hot, delicious, every meal correct and every meal out!! It was fantastic!!! Great service as always and a wonderful welcome which is great! The food is always of a great standard, especially the loaded fries!! Thank you for a great evening!!
Ellenders – BostonIt was very busy when we went in on Saturday lunchtime. I would recommend booking. We had booked but got in a bit earlier as we'd finished our shopping. We were seated straight away thankfully. Service is friendly and efficient. Food was brought out in good time considering how busy it was. We both had vegetable burgers with chips and it was just what we needed for a pit stop. Drinks are brought over quickly. The overall bill was I guess about what you'd expect for these days when you think about staffing costs and higher food prices.

Food has deffinaately gone down hill, edible but not delicious and as with nose things prices up. Doubt if we will go there again unless they buck their ideas up.

Ellenders – BostonThe staff very kind and welcoming but I booked a table online 3 days prior to our visit and when we turned up they hadn’t got the booking even though I had a email confirmation. We got seated after they found a table ordered our drinks and then waited 15-20 minutes to order our food after I went to the host to let them know we are still waiting. We all ordered a roast dinner which was served in a fair time. The vegetables were so hard the roast potatoes were too big and some not cooked properly, but the gravy meat and Yorkshire pudding were nice.

Ellenders – BostonI thought it was a great atmosphere in the pub. The food was nice and staff were very friendly. We had an assistance dog and even given some treats which was nice. The food was lovely though when one of the party wanted a bit of ice cream and custard with sweet was told no. We’ve never known that anywhere else and other places accommodate requests. We found it a little pricy too when it came to the bill.
