Great value for money. Lovely staff

Waiters are great, atmosphere is great (lively but intimate), food was excellent. Cannot fault our meal or experience.

My husband and I went here on Saturday evening for dinner and had a fabulous meal (portions too large!) in contemporary surroundings served by excellent staff. We enjoyed good hearty food and so much so that, we went back the next day! Can highly recommend it!

Great afternoon tea plenty of choice cakes were gorgeous would recommend to friends and family and will be returning again I have tried many venues for afternoon tea around the city and have to say the Richmond is one of the best

We had afternoon tea with my husband on August 15th. This was our first visit to this hotel. Great atmosphere, delicious cakes and sandwiches with amazing serving. We were delighted. And a special thanks to Alexandra who made our day bright. Alexandra is a wonderful worker with high professionalism, very kind, attentive and executive. Thanks to the whole team for the well-organized work!

A friend bought us a voucher for afternoon tea. The waitress was lovely, but the food was not. It looked great, especially the desserts, but they were dried up and stale. The strawberry shortcake was the best. The scones were inedible. I asked for just meat and butter on my sandwiches at the time of booking and when we were there - I was still only given 3 small ones which were actually nice. We went elsewhere for lunch straight after! Nice venue.

We were excited about checking out this restaurant, but ended up disappointed. The gentleman host was very rude and told us we could not have a table even though we reserved it. The smoothie machine wasn’t working so the smoothies bowls which we came for weren’t there. The eggs were cold and my daughters pancakes came out after we had all finished. Disappointing experience.

A historic city pub with real character right by Lime Street. It’s always been a haven for the theatre crowd (audience and actors) and they do a great traditional Scouse.

Great place for a pizza or a party night out. They also have retro gaming if that’s your thing!

Booked a table through their website, and was told that the system told them a different time than what i had booked and had been confirmed to me by e-mail so there was no table immediately available. Service was pretty slow, and we waited 30 minutes for drinks to be served, although staff did apologise for this. A lack of baby changing facilities made our changing our sons bum difficult (although there was a nappy bin). But the food is always nice (we have been before, without the baby). And there is a good range of options (both food and drinks). Hopefully all the above are just teething issues.
