Elif Bold Street – Liverpool City CentreOverall, one to forget , food OK but service poor Seated quickly, starter arrived promptly Main courses took almost mins, couple in next booth ordered straight before us and were finished before our main course arrived, took 2 reminders to staff One main was brilliant, the burger was ok, that’s the red it option it was just ok Been a huge fan of the brand for many years so this came as a huge disappointment

Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreWent yesterday before going to the theatre, had the best bowl of scouse I've had for a long time, loads of meat in it and very tasty. Lovely, lively atmosphere and friendly staff, will definitely be going again.
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreWe have been many times. Always great service and a good choice of food (cannot comment for vegetarians).
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City Centrethis is a really lovely pub/place to enjoy a nostalgic type of meal. nothing flashing going on here, just really friendly. highly recommend it, we'll be going back.
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreVisited for my sons birthday. Food was good, quite expensive but ok for a treat. My son ordered a kids cocktail and it was at least 50% ice and at £5 a go, that’s not really acceptable. Raised it with a server who basically said that’s how they come and offered no resolution or even apology.
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreThe Albert Dock is my favourite place in the world and we have frequented What’s Cooking on many an occasion. I was dining with family. The service was fantastic , friendly and efficient. The food was lovely. The view, as always was amazing. Highly recommended.
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreWe have always lived the food here. However, the portion sizes have reduced on main meals. The effort with the food serms to have dropped. Side salads and fries portions are measly. The prices have increased though! There was an issue with my meal and the staff were amazing. Overall, i don't think we will be back in a hurry.
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreI had scouse for the first time and it was glorious, being a Mancunian I would have loved the option of suet dumpling as well.
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreTasty family meal in a good location. Staff were helpful. Enjoyed my chilli.
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreMeal for my husbands 40th birthday, going to start with the positives - great location, nice setting and nice staff. Our waitress was lovely. Had special deserts sent to us, one with a sparkler which was a nice touch. Also, kids loved the freak shakes. Have to be honest about the food, it wasn’t great, there was a mix up in the kitchen too for us so had to wait a good while for our food, but when it was rectified the food that was sent out to us was ok. The manager was apologetic and dealt with our issues very well. Overall, we still had a great night, and appreciated the managers actions to rectify things.
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreGreat food Great portions Great prices
