We went to christakis for a leaving do Thursday 25/8 for the 2 courses for £10 menu and had such a fantastic meal. We were a table of 14, and still had such smooth service. One of the guests had allergy requirements and they accommodated really well to ensure she could enjoy the meal she fancied. Excellent value for money, and very fast service! Really friendly staff and excellent management. Can’t wait to go again some time!! Keep up the excellent service!

Once again myself and friends had another stunning meal at Christakis, starters and main meals were beautiful, the meat is always so tender and extremely tasty, the service was really fast and very pleasant waitress served us. Looking forward to our next meal there.

Food was excellent and the staff made you feel very welcome, defo be coming back again!!!

Fantastic evening. Loved the food, good drinks selection (great German lager on draft) and the live music was phenomenal. Ended up staying much longer, drinking a couple more than expected and listening to the music. Staff where super friendly and always looking to help.

Lovely food which was very reasonably priced. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great location for Lime St station and Empire Theatre.

Booked a table sat 27th August. For a friend and I before going to the theatre. Have been a few times before. As usual had the Scouse, it didn’t disappoint. I think we will stick to mid week in future as it was very busy. Will definitely go again as the food is delicious. Staff very friendly and obviously very busy at the weekend.

Went with my son and daughter for my sons birthday. My daughter had been a few times before so knew the menu. She forgot to tell me how big the portions were. We all had a starter I had calamari and enjoyed it. We all had a meat combo chicken lamb and pork Cooked to perfection so tender and juicy far too much for my daughter and I we took what was left home in a doggie box. Staff were lovely our waitress especially. I would definitely go again.

Attended Christakas Sunday 21st August to celebrate sons birthday. First impressions of restaurant very clean with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Good choice of food within the menu. Friendly attentive staff And as always delicious hot tasty food served . Have been on numerous occasions to this restaurant and will definitely be returning again soon.

Food was so good, each dish freshly cooked and hot. The girl working was really lovely,,very professional and nothing was too much trouble. Marked atmosphere lower only cos it was a Sunday afternoon and not busy but still had nice time! Will be back definitely

Had a great afternoon at Blundells

Gorgeous food and amazing value - 3 teens had the 2 courses for a tenner (none of them could finish their meal, the portions are massive!). Husband and I had mixed meat platter for two which was lovely - really well cooked, tender meat. Service was efficient and friendly, will definitely return.

Really nice and clean inside with a nice atmosphere. Had to share menu as they didn’t have enough to go around which was okay. After ordering food they then came back to say some of our items weren’t available. Although four of us at the table no one told us that the portion size on some of the other items was only 2 so then had to order more and wait. Unfortunately waitress spilt a drink over my daughter which was a little inconvenient. Table booked for 8pm and tried to order extra portion at about 9:15pm but was told chef had finished. Food was very tasty and nice and waitress was pleasant just unsure if I will visit again.

Excellent food, so tasty and a great range! Staff are helpful, pleasant and friendly! Nothing was too much trouble and we left very happy! Friends and family also love this place! Thank-you!

We stayed in Ainsdale for a few days and booked this restaurant after reading the reviews. We weren’t disappointed. Prompt service and absolutely lovely meal. The Southport shrimps starter was one of the best I’ve ever eaten. Thank you
