Top quality food in a cosy, relaxed atmosphere, our party of four thoroughly enjoyed the visit. We had the al a carte menu and the food was beautiful together with a superb wine. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. This was my first time and was a flying visit over from the Isle of Man . I’ll be sure to return the next time I’m in Liverpool.

Michelin star food Exceptional experience in food tasting

This restaurant is a great addition to Allerton. It has been decorated superbly, the food is great and staff are superb as well. I had a great gin cocktail to start the evening with. The only drawback were the desserts. I thought the tiramasu was poor.

Excellent meal, could not fault it and cannot wait to return. We had the 8 course Valentines taster menu and it was superb from beginning to end!

Decent

Fabulous Sunday lunch, delicious food, large portions , friendly staff. The puddings were enormous and delicious. Would definitely recommend and definitely go back.

First time at Ma Edgertons and won't be the last. Excellent food, service and very reasonably priced. Cracking atmosphere and the staff very friendly.

We hadn't been notified that it would be a set meal at £35 a head. I know it was busy, Valentine's night, but we waited 30 mins for starter.Steak had a lot of gristle and when we informed the waiter/manager? We were simply ignored. This was the issue really.His manner was far to brusque, complete indifference to the customers.It seemed he just wanted to get you done and out. He's consistent too because it was the same last time we came. If we come again we would ask to be seated downstairs and hopefully avoid him.

We booked a table for a Valentine's Day dinner treat and had the eight course tasting menu with paired wines. Everything was perfect and the pace of the meal was nicely relaxed. Three hours later we had completed an amazing gastronomic experience. Perfect food, perfect wine pairing and perfect service. Couldn't fault a thing - well done Team Mustard!

Excellent food again. Visited the restaurant on several occasions and can't get away from the meat platter for two. Great value and enough to take away. Kids love it here too. Very friendly staff and always made to feel very welcome. Thank you again for another wonderful evening

Never been before. Heard great reviews and it never failed to impress. Food was amazing and service was great. As soon as we walked in all the staff were very welcoming even till we walked out the door were so great. Will recommend.

Visited for the second time on Sunday 13th feb, service was excellent, food was served in good time and was lovely. Great to have this gem on our doorstep, will be back soon!

Had Sunday lunch and had a totally enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly and helpful and the meal was well cooked and presented. We went for the Sunday lunch fixed price menu which was ideal for us. We will certainly return.

This was our first visit at Clockworks and it won’t be the last. The food was beautiful. Highly recommend the Sunday Roast. The atmosphere is very chilled and all the staff are very friendly & can’t do enough for you. Can’t wait to for another visit.

We had an absolutely fantastic meal at Casa Roni and would highly recommend it. To start with the decor of the place is really tasteful & very welcoming. The service was excellent and the food was exquisite! It was also very reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning.
