Zeo’s – BloomsburyVery impressed with the food. Service was fine. Price was slightly above average for pub grub, but it was definitely worth it as this particular Mayfair pub has an understated and underlying feeling (and taste) of quality. Would gladly recommend.

Desperados – IslingtonMy love of Japanese food led me to try Ozu restaurant recently. After dining at the likes of Zuma and Roka I was keen to try Ozu which claimed to be of the high same standard, and to my delight I was not disappointed. There was a fantastic balcony which overlooked the River Thames, and the venue itself was very beautiful with simple décor. I enjoyed a delicious 2 course meal which included a tasty Clam and sake starter and a Mackerel braised in Miso main course. I was keen to go for the dessert but there was just no room. The staff were very friendly and very attentive. I had a delightful evening here at Ozu and although the prices certainly weren? cheap the meals were definitely worth splashing out a little more for.
Ozu – South LondonA very lively and seemingly popular place to dine. Food was excellent along with the service. Might be best to book a table as early evening is very busy but you can always have a margarita at the bar while you wait for a table!
Foundation – HolbornBest pizza restaurant in London bar none. My Italian friends regularly travel all the way from Hampstead to go here. Sell pizzas by the 25cm. I've no idea what they do to get them to taste so good (is it special mozzarella) but they really are fantastic. Check 'em out, you won't be disappointed

Orexi Restaurant – North LondonA brilliant little all-you-can-eat restaurant. If you don't mind the brusqueness of the staff, and aren't looking for a particularly quiet atmosphere, you will love it here. The food is the generic 'British-Chinese food offering you'll find in the majority of chinese restaurants, and as you can tell by the name, in plentiful supply. Good prices, roughly £5 for a buffet before 5pm, and about £10 thereafter. The later times have a wider selection of foods, such as duck rolls etc.
