I wondered about the name of this classy restaurant, and after I have tried ditalini alla puttanesca I couldn? stop licking my moustache.. I think that everyone should have a try! by the way try to search the meaning of their name on an Italian dictionary I? sure you will enjoy it better.
La Figa Restaurant – DocklandsWow............. didn? think you could have a very nice and tasty doner take away in the west end for very cheap in this day an age. Excellent value for money, very good food.
Cyprus mangal – WestminsterKasturi offers the best Indian food in the City. Great dishes that you can rarely find elsewhere and the service is always with a smile. They regularly have special events and they offer a service where you can book to go into the kitchen and watch your meal cooked on Mondays and Tuesdays if you book in advance. Highly recommended.
Kasturi – CitySituated in an ideal position in Northwest London (Edgware Road), Shishawi is the best place which can offer the best of the Egyptian Cuisine. With foods ranging from traditional starters, to top of the range dishes, I'd recommend anyone who is into Egyptian food specifically & Arabic food in general to visit. Don't forget that it also offers Shisha, which is a real highlight for any person who visits Egypt- and for virtually all Egyptian youths.
Al Shishawi – Bayswater and PaddingtonA great bar. As a local I am often found in my favourite corner. Daytimes, it's a great place to meet friends and have a natter. In the evenings, it's very stylish and, perhaps surprisingly, very cruisy (even in the daytimes, I have noticed the occasional extended paired-up disappearance downstairs!). The one downside with the Rupert is it is notoriously unreliable in terms of its opening times. If you're meeting someone at a particular time and don't want to be stuck standing outside waiting for them to open, I would recommend that you either set the meeting up time well after the advertised opening time, or visit Balans in Old Compton Street instead.
Rupert Street Bar and Cafe – SohoI have been to Lebanese restaurants before, in London, but never to such a relaxing and friendly place like this place, The vine leaves, the baby chicken and the truly home made baklawa together with the mint tea, and to finish it off a smoky shisha, made our visit to London a must that we will tell our friends about..

La Porte Des Indes – MaryleboneTwo friends and I were wandering about the area looking for somewhere to eat when we spotted the Aladdin and thought it looked good. Lots of the other restaurants had staff outside hustle-ing for custom whilst the Aladdin did not and was busy inside regardless. A good sign for sure. We were not disappointed. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere convivial. The food was fantastic and although it did take a little while to be served the wait between courses added to the experience as each dish was so good. The poppadom and chutney to start with were of generous proportions and the dishes that followed were all so tasty. I had chicken and mango and it was delicious. I'm going back ASAP and can't wait!

Cafe Espana – SohoWe went to Orsini ristorante recommended by some Italian friends, and that was good choice!! The food is excellent, simple and very tasty. The manager Ciro is very friendly and also a good chef. They also have very good selection of wine and delicious homemade "dessert", (try la caprese) yummy, Espresso to finish, was one of the best I we have tried in London A part of that was full of Italians which is always a good sign. The only problem is difficult to find it, but it is just opposite of V&A South Kensington. Definitely worth trying.
Orsini – KensingtonAfter being a good customer of Ali? for the past 3 years I can safely say that Ali? is the best curry restaurant in London. Having tried brick lane, Ali? is a breathe of fresh air. Ali? passion for his cooking comes through in the taste of the food. I always leave wanting more and for me this is the most important quality of an outstanding restaurant.

101 Thai Kitchen – HammersmithI've had two great nights out recently - one with all my mates and one with my girlfriend. The atmosphere and service was fantastic on both occasions. The ribs were delicious and my girlfriend loved the cob salad (there was a lot more choice than I? expected). There's loads of events at the moment for their 35th birthday - so I?l definitely head back soon!
