Great food in a place with a nice buzz even early in the evening with the bar tables in use. Extensive wine list at reasonable prices. Menu caters for everyone from carnivores to the true veggie at a very reasonable price. All day Sunday brunch to die for

Fantastic friendly staff. The most important thing when I eat out is how friendly the staff are and if they chat to you over the course of the evening and can explain the dishes. Excellent and food was perfect. Will see you again soon.

I've lived locally in Pimlico for a few years now and I love popping into UNo when I fancy a good, hearty Italian feast with some great wine. The service is always great and the atmosphere pleasantly relaxed while still retaining smartness. As long as I live in London I'll keep on coming here.

I recommend Britannia Portuguese restaurant, for the reasons above mentioned

a surprising find as it's very discreet appearance doesn't make it leap out at you. the decor is fun, low-lit and full of bamboo and a miniture jungle (!). always busy, friendly staff who will cook to order, and BYO which is handy. food is always fantastic, traditional malaysian dishes beautifully presented and all at reasonable prices. a place to come for a fun romantic dinner or great for larger parties wanting a banquet. once you've been you'll be back that's for sure.

Opted for this place instead of an overpriced Christmas Meal on Canary Wharf and we wasn? disappointed. Service was very good as we had rang our order through prior to arrival. A set meal for less than £10 included a starter, main course, rice, side dish, bottle of beer, and coffee. We added a round of poppadoms for 8 and extra beers and had change from £15 each. Not sure if this offer exists all the time but we certainly hope so.

Great food and Great service too...

The food at this place is just brilliant. The seafood tempura are definitely worth a try. It is very stylish and the staff are attentive yet it still feels cosy. The dishes are not cheap but it is worth every penny!

I regularly go to Ealing Mangal for my lamb shish kebab. So while I cannot comment on the restaurant part, I have to say that the kebabs are absolutely delicious and a real treat. It usually takes about 20 minutes for the guys to cook the meat over an open wood fire, add the salad and wrap in a lovely thin pitta - but its well worth the wait. Consistently delicious and a high recommendation.

I understand the restaurant is run by First Step Trust to put persons with mental or learning difficulties into the work place but has professional managers. The food was excellent, very fresh and an imaginative menu. Starters and Puds £2.75, Mains £5.50. Wine about £11 a bottle. Really good value. A very good find coupled with a good cause. As a matter of course now I take international visitors to the restaurant as a matter of course now. Well done keep up the good work service is not West End standards but the staff are very friendly and do everything they can to please you, There is a very nice outside area for lunching in the summer months. It opens only for lunch from Monday to Friday but also caters for outside functions.

The Blue Lilly is a great little Chinese with really friendly staff and a slightly eccentric atmosphere (including a dedicated Karaoke bar downstairs for private functions) thoroughly recommended for a birthday bash! Reasonably priced too.

A true gem of a restaurant. The service was outstanding as was the food. Plenty of choice on the self-service salad/veg bar. A selection of meat/Fish/or vegetarian is brought to your table and carved in front of you. This keeps coming until you say Stop!!! The staff were excellent and explained how the whole operation worked leaving you relaxed to enjoy your meal. A++++ will revisit again soon

Finally an restaurant in London serving authentic regional Sichuan food! Just stick to the chinese menus, ask for help if you need it and be prepared for a lot of chilli. Apparently Chinese embassy staff bring homesick compatriots here. 3 of us spent £55 on a table groaning with far too much food.

It's great. Go there. Better dressed you are, the lower the floor you get to sit on. We usually sit way up.
