We're regulars at the Man at Arms because the meals are always second to none, the staff are so efficient but so friendly, and the atmosphere is always right ( even in Covid restriction times) Well done to the team.

The Man At Arms – LutterworthVery good as usual.
The Man At Arms – LutterworthGood food, staff pleasant and efficient and hard working. App didn’t work due to poor signal but staff quickly came to the table to take our order.
The Man At Arms – LutterworthLack of welcome from the staff, after lockdown we expected an enthusiastic welcome. no personality from the staff. We were asked to use the app went all through the ordering for it to then not work, very frustrating. Food wasn't great, asked if I could swap peas for a bit of side salad and was told no. Lemonade was flat I asked if it could be changed and I'm pretty sure the staff just put it in another glass, as it still tasted flat but by this point I felt like I was in the wrong as the staff member was that unfriendly. Nobody cleared the table or asked us if our meals were OK. There was a female staff member who spent lots of time chatting to one table of guests (must be friends or regulars) but never approached us and left us sat there with our plates when we'd finished. We won't be returning which is a shame as we are eager to eat out more now we are actually allowed.
The Man At Arms – LutterworthFood was absolutely fine however, to turn up with zero instruction which way to enter to the seating area to be then told after a conformation email you have to download an app and use that to order which is fine but I feel you cannot just say that and expect people to know how to use it, hopefully the place will find its feet again in may when things get closer to normal.
The Man At Arms – LutterworthFood was excellent - tastiest steak ever! However, the staff need a shake up! We were subjected to rudeness because we couldn't order via the app (no signal on our phone and wifi useless!). Then we were charged over £7 more than we should have been and was told a couple of lies rather than accept it was wrong (one that we can't have the steak and wine deal when we are ordering kids meals (paid full price for kids meals from kids menu?!!!) and when queried, was treated like an idiot! Great food, great place, need new serving staff!
The Man At Arms – LutterworthWe went on a Sunday & expected to see Sunday lunch on the menu but no. The portions were a good size but my mum's lamb chops were overcooked & dry. The tables were way to close to each other so we asked to be moved, that took them 10 mins to decide where too. On the desserts board spotted dick was advertised, I asked if it was proper with suet but no, it was in fact a sultana sponge!! So we won't be returning.
The Man At Arms – LutterworthThe meal was as fantastic as ever, thank you. I understand that these are different times but the young lad working there was so rude. At 9.30pm told my guest they cant have a coffee as they had switched the machine off and spoken in an aggressive tone of voice. Then announced 5 mins later that the doors were being locked in 10 mins like someone from the army. Really rude. If the food wasn't so good I wouldn't be going back.
The Man At Arms – LutterworthGreat food and great service, very well layer out to cohere with Covid rules . We really enjoyed a mixture of the tapas dishes and were thrilled with the good selection of vegetarian options! Very enjoyable and a lovely relaxed and cosy place to visit.
The Man At Arms – LutterworthExcellent food and service.
The Man At Arms – LutterworthThe food was excellent. Poor selection of alcohol free drinks. Need something more sophisticated than coke or lemonade such as elderflower presse.
Cheikhos Restaurant – LutterworthBeen going man at arms for 30 years and they still do great food...
The Man At Arms – LutterworthAlways very satisfactory.
The Man At Arms – LutterworthOnce again great food at great prices. Easy to use app to order food/drinks from yr table and pay. Tables well spaced and everyone wearing a mask whilst moving around, tables sanitised after use. Great!
The Man At Arms – LutterworthBeautiful meal , quick service and friendly staff. Great COVID restrictions in place.
The Man At Arms – Lutterworth5 star
The Man At Arms – LutterworthWe had a lovely meal - we thought the prices were reasonable. We understand prices have to go up - the hospitality trade have suffered over the last few months and have spent money so that they can adhere to Covid guidelines. We did struggle to find the wine in the drinks menu on the app - but were put right eventually - I had a pint of lager to start! The only negative was that our table hadn't 't been vacated when we arrived (on time). There were other spare tables but the young lad who greeted us at the door could make a decision as to where to put us. Overall we had a fab meal in a nice clean Covid safe environment.
The Man At Arms – LutterworthCame for a meal for my daughters birthday. Was great to see how well they have responded to COVID guidelines, I loved the lack of contact with staff and ordering from an app was great. My only disappointment was the food. Burger was lovely but chips were old, tasted like they had been sitting out for a while and weren’t nice. My son had fish and chips and he said it was dry and over done but he had curly fries and they were ok. Such a shame as have always love this place and it’s such good value.
