Bizarre decor, but I like it! Very rock n roll experience, especially on a Sunday when it's packed. Good food and service. Different and tacky in a good way. Definitely Vegas meets Hong Kong .Mmmmmm.

Glamorous – Northern QuarterWe had an absolutely fantastic time from start to finish! Chef Enzo has outdone himself with the amazing selection of delectable regional Italian cuisine. The service was wonderful, and the building is too amazing for words. Being that the wine list is so vast, we tried several bottles between the table and were never disappointed by any of the wines. They were all fabulous and it left us wondering how it is possible to create such a large list of wines, which are so fabulous. We started with the seafood platter, which was like a cornucopia of fruits from the ocean. The flavours were too good for words. Bravo to Stock restaurant and their staff!
Stock Restaurant – Manchester City CentreThe food is a first class -the freshness and flavour are wonderful. The service is excellent and very friendly. Highly recommended.
Sweet Mandarin – Northern QuarterDelicious!! Nothing more to say!
Koh Samui Thai Restaurant – Manchester City CentreWhat can you say? V GOOD
Koh Samui Thai Restaurant – Manchester City CentreI love this place - beautiful waiters, nice food, relaxing atmosphere.
Taurus Cafe Bar and Restaurant – Manchester City CentreThis place is always buzzing - right into the early hours, lots of Chinese customers. An extensive menu, veggies well catered for, it's one of my first choices when going into china town
Pearl City Cantonese Restaurant – Manchester City CentreHad fabulous din sum, with friends who speak Cantonese, and therefore could order off the Cantonese menu. Have since been back - unfortunately the same delicacies aren't available to those of us who can't read Cantonese.
New Emperor – Manchester City CentreWow! Wow! Wow! I would go as far as to say that this was the best dining experience I have ever had. The service was marvellous, the room inspiring, and the food decadent.
Stock Restaurant – Manchester City CentreIf you are looking for value for money in Manchester - you can't beat the Thai buffet. Certainly a place for connoisseurs.
Pacific – Manchester City CentreOutstanding
Koreana – Manchester City CentreFantastic restaurant and continues to stand out from the rest in terms of food quality and atmosphere. Very busy on the night we visited but we were entertained by the double act behind the bar and we soon got led to the table. Service was polite and quick and food standard was great. The wine list is really something and at very competitive prices. All in all, a great experience and a must for travellers to Manchester.
Croma – Manchester City CentreWe have been to this restaurant many times, and the food is always excellent. They always make you very welcome and the atmosphere is great. We have recommended this place to many people and everybody said it was very good. Diane & Steve
Sweet Mandarin – Northern QuarterA real hidden gem! The food was fabulous, the athmosphere was great. Excellent value. A good time was had by all.
El Rincon de Rafa – Manchester City CentreWe ate here for my Girlfriend's 40th and we we're both very impressed with the quality of the food and service - the staff were very polite and friendly. The restaurant itself is modern looking and recommended for taking someone for a special meal - in my opinion. We ate in the China restaurant - I have had the Thai lunch buffet in the past and that was amazing for what you have to pay. Try this restaurant.
Pacific – Manchester City CentreI had heard and read a lot about the excellent reputation at Yang Sing, especially for vegetarians, so my partner and I were looking forward to an superb Chinese meal. I have to say we were a bit disappointed. Can I first say that you can't fault the service. Our main waitress was Iris and she was extremely attentive and genuinely helpful and keen to advise us on the menu and ordering. However, our first criticism is that Yang Sing seems to solely target the large parties for its food. For couples it is not satisfactory. We wanted to order a number of dishes for two, but because quantities are only available in dishes aimed at parties of four or six, we were advised to order only two. And with huge bowls of noodles and beancurd in front of us, let me tell you, we were soon sick of both. We would have liked smaller servings, priced more reasonably, so that we could have the same options to try different items on the menu as a larger party. And in terms of quality, to be honest, it's supposed to authentic, etc. and it was pretty average. I've had better Chinese food. I would recommend this venue for a party night out (hen, stag, going out drinking) where the food itself is not the main object, but certainly not a quality dinner for two.
Yang Sing – Manchester City CentreWent to Grinch for the first time on Saturday. The food was excellent and the portion sizes were huge. Quality bar, with excellent food and a relaxed atmosphere. I have found my new regular haunt.
Mud Crab at Grinch – Manchester City CentreNever had bad service here! Brilliant atmosphere (especially those lazy Sunday afternoon, with the DJ playing in the background!). Has been and will be favourite hang-out in the Village! Don't change what you're doing because you've got it right!
