The food was delicious, I had the set menu of grilled halloumi on salad then I had the Moussaka. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. One of the staff especially stood out with his beautiful, warm smile. There was also a good atmosphere in the Kafe Neon and it was very busy.

Great meal as always at Kafeneon. A catch up with family and some had never been before but said they would definitely be back. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Lovely atmosphere, very friendly staff and a beautifully set dining room only served to enhance the quality of the food. The mixed meze starter gave us a nice taste of different things and our individual main courses were delightful and very high quality. The lamb kleftico being the outstanding winner.

Fantastic food and service, great atmosphere.

I had arranged to meet two of my ex-workmates in Newcastle. I chose KafeNeon because my Wife and myself have gone there over the years,and have always found it to be a good experience. And this time was no different. The warm and friendly, attentive staff. The excellent tasting plentiful food. Once again, another all round great evening out, provided by KafeNeon. My colleagues were greatly impressed with everything as well, and no doubt this won't be the last time they frequent KafeNeon. Thank you again.

We went for lunch and treated ourselves to a good selection of tapas, dessert and coffee. Everything was delicious - and good service too. The sangria was also full of flavour. Not cheap, but the food was clearly good quality and well cooked so the price is justified. We would definitely go back.

Beautiful meal on a Saturday teatime, service was really friendly and attentive, food was excellent with a good choice for vegetarians and also dedicated gluten free menu which was delicious. Portions were huge! We all thoroughly enjoyed our visit and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful food and cocktails

Been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Food and service is always exceptional. Highly recommend sharing either of the Mezes, both are excellent. The prices are great for the quality, variety and amount of food. It’s a gem of a place with an upbeat friendly vibe.

Absolutely Amazing Food. First time after so many years of wanting to go and try for myself after so many people telling me to go. Booked a few days before and when I turned up met by some lovely helpful staff that took us to our table, gave us a couple of mins before taking or drinks order. The food was unreal and the starters where so big and then the main, wow! The lamb just fell of the bone. The vegetables where in a sauce which was lush. There was so much food and for how much we paid it was well worth it. The cocktails were well made and looked amazing also. Great atmosphere upstairs. I'd go as far to stay the best place I've been for food in Newcastle......at the moment haha We will be back !
