Wow, the food is always so good at Jorgés. This time my octopus was to die for. It’s good I didn’t so we can go again. Nice Portuguese rosé to go with it. Can’t recommend it more highly.

Our first visit, fabulous. Food was excellent, wines were a great pairing, a clear passion for the provenance of ingredients. Highly recommend.

We had 6 tapas dishes between two and they were each absolutely delicious and perfectly made. Restaurant is small, cosy and staff friendly and attentive. Feels like being in a family home. Probably our favourite restaurant in Norwich!

Delicious meal, friendly service , excellent value you can't go wrong at the White Swan

As usual the team at Jorges were fab and the food never disappoints. The best steaks in town. Whether for work meetings or private date nights, it is excellent. Lovely small family run business

First time to the White Swan and it was obviously a popular restaurant. It was a small but pleasant atmosphere only spoilt by the table we were allocated - right behind the front entrance which was continually used by coming and going customers. Also tiny too. The door, when opened, produced a cold, draft on my legs and back and then customers were virtually surrounding our table, waiting to be seated. Also a frequent escape for smokers too. What could’ve been a memorable experience - turned out to be memorable for all the wrong reasons. Service was good but pleasant. Food good too but for the price - let down by the seating options. Less is more guys so don’t over book tables and give the customer a great night, instead of a ‘blurgh’ night at a cost.

Another lovely lunch, the food and service are always exceptional. Looking forward to our next visit.

What a lovely seafood boil with added lobster, the starters were perfect and so delicious, excellent portion sizes, lovely cosy atmosphere and friendly staff absolutely recommend :)

Food cooked with passion and consideration to its ingredients. Loved everything we've had, nice glass of Alvarinho too. Smooth service too, we loved it, and we will be back!

We have dined at Jorges a few times now and absolutely loved it every time. The staff are supper attentive without being overbearing and the food is spectacular. Yesterday, as usual we had our table booked for lunch and we always go for the tapas. We had 5 dishes and all we stunning... What more is there to say, love it!

Excellent food and wine, flawless, friendly and diligent service, in very nice surroundings. It was a cold day and there was a draught to our table every time someone opened the door to the street. I recommend this restaurant.

Excellent, fresh, tasty seafood with great service. A little bit pricey but with this quality, hey-ho!
