Food and service top notch as usual. I took three friends for their first visit and they all thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Please that you now offer custard with your hot puddings!

Booked Mothering Sunday lunch for a table of 11 of us which wasn't a problem for them to be fair. The staff there are al polite and can’t do enough for you. The food was amazing! So tasty and the portions are generous also. Would highly recommend a visit. Will definitely be going back soon! ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Five of us Came here for Mother’s Day dinner and it was delicious the service was fantastic and the atmosphere was great. This is the nicest roast dinner I have had and the desserts were fabulous too.

Another enjoyable evening at the Y Sgwar. As usual friendly staff, good quality food very well presented and cooked. For the quality of the food it is a fair price and the restaurant always has a nice lively atmosphere. We have been many times and always had a great meal. Looking forward to our next visit.

First time at this restaurant. Food was absolutely delicious. Service was very good and friendly. Lovely restaurant in a lovely place. The whole experience was enjoyable. Will definitely be back when next in the area.

It was quiet when we went (only 2 other couples eating). Food was slightly above average price but way above average quality. Everything we got was well cooked and really flavorful. And we even got an acapella happy birthday for my partner with her dessert. Service was lovely. I'd recommend anyone to try this place out. 5 star :) great chef, great server, great atmosphere

We own a lodge on Green Acres and come over at least one a month. Always go out for meals and Sunday Roast here. The food is absolutely outstanding. All freshly made. Service outstanding with friendly staff who will go out of your way to make your dinning experience truly wonderful. I would highly recommend this place.

We had an absolutely delicious meal on Saturday evening. So pleased this restaurant was recommended to us!

Two visits this week! One because our kitchen was out of action and the other because we enjoy the food and welcome you get from the staff. On both occasions the food was excellent. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. We have been visiting for several years and will continue to do so.

Excellent food and service at a good price

My wife and I booked an 'early-bird' table for 17.00hrs to round off a day's walking in the area; as we live over at Llandudno, the opportunity to eat early suits us well. The 'early-bird' arrangements and menu are very well thought-out, and we would recommend them wholeheartedly. The food was excellent, and we enjoyed the generous portions of local seasonal produce, all presented in a very attractive manner and bursting with taste. We also appreciated as we left that we had eaten very well indeed in an informal atmosphere that was very congenial and relaxing. Finally, the fact that the gratuity is up to the diners was pleasing, meaning that we were pleased to be more generous that if we had been told what to do. All in all, this was an excellent experience, and one that we look forward to repeating.

Always enjoy eating at Y Sgwar, very good food, nice waiting staff and a mix of pleasant other diners, usually! And Tremadog is such a pretty village too.
