We brought friends, as we are here in July and loved it! They loved it too and it was that good, we could of licked our plates!

The food was very tasty. The way it was presented was also very good. When we visit this area again, we will definitely visit the restaurant. The place, the service, and the food are 10/10. I highly recommend it.

Once again a fabulous meal. Early bird is great value. Pate superb and the salmon stir fry generous and delicious. Staff are incredibly attentive.

The meal was amazing as always, the presentation was fabulous and both the starters and the mains were absolutely delicious, couldn't manage a dessert.

Was staying in Harlech googled where to eat this restaurant was rated highly. Booked last minute saturday . Place was really busy and a nice buzz. Food was excellent prices really cheap considering the portion sizes. As on a break unlikely to visit again but for anyone visiting the area or living nearby we'll worth booking a table

Our first visit to Y Sgwar was yesterday, for Sunday lunch We enjoyed an excellent meal, thank you! We shall definitely be returning and we shall also pass on verbal recommendations to our friends on our caravan park, near Harlech - and we shall pass on the 20 business cards we asked you for, as we left yesterday! What a lovely restaurant, I really enjoyed the Pork Belly with chorizo and leek mash. The service was excellent, and friendly and would definitely return when I visit the area again.

The best meal we have had at Y Sgwar (always nice tho!) My husband have both specials off French onion soup and feather blade steak Atmosphere & staff excellent

Always have a fantastic time here- but last night 5/9/25 was the best time ever. Must birthday & retirement Hubby has both specials of onion soup and feather blade beef - always love this restaurant
