Spoon World Buffet and Bar – PortsmouthExcellent food, value for money and very nice ambience. Will visit again. The only flip side was the Gents washroom which was in pathetic shape
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – Portsmouthpoor quality food, a lot of it either watery or way too dry. kids running around everywhere trying to sit IN the dessert shelves and putting their hands in the food which was incredibly off-putting. two of the areas had "faulty" heat lamps (Indian and Italian) but no reduction in the overall price. I thought the desserts would make up for it and the woman making the crepes was lovely but honestly it was the most tough leathery crepe I've ever had in my life. avoid
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – Portsmouthexcellent vfm ,but at the end the music was loud and distorted
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – PortsmouthOur party of 14 thoroughly enjoyed ourselves eating a large variety of delicious meals. The staff were attentive to our needs and be cause or that succeeded in making the experience memorable.
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – PortsmouthWent there for my daughter’s birthday with some of her friends. Great choice of food and tasted great.
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – PortsmouthThis was our first visit, and we had an enjoyable Mothers Day lunch. We were booked for 2pm. We arrived a little early. You pay downstairs. The lady said £48… when it was actually £47.98, but hey ho! She didn’t introduce the restaurant or offer any guidance… so we just headed upstairs! A server took our receipt and pointed out our table. Since it was our first time… a little guidance might have been helpful… but I guess it’s self explanatory… get plate. Get food! I enjoyed the food. I’m vegetarian and was worried by some reviews… but I had plenty to eat! I opted for udon noodles, mushrooms, broccoli, tofu, chips, and a few slices of pizza. All very tasty. In fact, mushrooms were amazing! The carvery looked disappointing… potatoes and carrots seemed to be the extent of it! I’m not a curry fan… so I didn’t try this. I tried a little mac cheese, which was a bit bland. Pizza was nice, but all gone when I went for another slice! Puddings pretty good… loved the Eton mess! Cleanliness was good… except maybe a few spills by the puddings. Overall, I enjoyed the food. It was £23.99 per head… maybe a little pricey… but I feel I got my money’s worth! Service wasn’t great for friendliness. But I could see staff working hard to keep food topped up and areas clean. Overall… I was happy enough.

Spoon World Buffet and Bar – PortsmouthBeen here a few times now normally it’s ok food usually an edible standard but we went there yesterday as a party of 7 for Mother’s Day and this will most definitely be the last time we ever go the food was watery I.e the curry’s was like meat in a puddle of sauce and tasted vial most the trays were empty had some chicken wings and thought there quite nice thought I’d go back and get more as was practically the only edible food in there and when I got more it was nothing like the first ones I had chicken was like slimey took one bite and was nearly sick I could only apologise to everyone at the table as got to of been one of the worse experiences with food I have ever had and after spending just over £150 I expect expected a lot better
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – PortsmouthThe family has not been for a while. We felt the quality had dropped. Sauces were thin and barely had taste. Less fruit in Eton Mess than previously. Dishes were ok but lacking flavour punch. We possibly chose a time when some Dishes were nearly empty. Good to see Tepinyaki open, but choice poor. Otherwise ok. Ps: toilet doors still have locking issues on some, which was the same last summer. Not sorted!
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – PortsmouthMy first time and I had a really nice time I took my dad here for his birthday and we all enjoyed it very much
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – PortsmouthVarieties of food, fruits and vegetables to select from which has healthy impact. Great staff and service too. Surely, my family and I will never stop visiting.
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – PortsmouthGood food
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – PortsmouthVery good selection of different type of food. Very friendly and helpful staff. The price I think is was way too high or maybe if the drink would be included, it might be decent. Also, I paid way too much for my children 3 and 2 years old. Any child under 5 should be free. Will be nice if they would bring a glass of water to the table. I don’t think we’ll be coming back any soon.
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – PortsmouthFantastic

Spoon World Buffet and Bar – PortsmouthFriendly staff loads to choose from it shame they don't do week day lunch anymore I think the price is a tad high I think it should be about 15 pounds per person or something like that
