Shovels Inn – Poulton-Le-FyldeMmmmm the food on a whole was ok but the service and the wait was unacceptable. Very dissatisfied and the livers were over cooked. Not a good experience.

Suda Thai Cuisine – Poulton-Le-FyldeHad my birthday party at Gennars ltalian restaurant, the restaurant was very busy with a great atmosphere. The newly decorated dining area upstairs is really nice, the service was very friendly by the attentive waiters and bar staff and had a very warm welcome from Gennaro. We all opted for the set menu at 15.95 for a 3 course meal which l thought was excellent value for money, l had chicken wings to start which was lovely followed by salmon princess served with prawns in a cream sauce with potatoes and a medley of vegetables. For dessert l had home made tiramisu. l can highly recommend Gennars, worth a mention Sunday to Thursday a pizza or pasta dish is 3.95 .Thank you Gennaro for a lovely evening in your Restaurant
Dom’s Italian – Poulton-Le-FyldeFirst time at Gennars tonight and had to place a review. Heard mixed reviews and was very apprehensive as I know Italian food s expensive compared to others, but the food was just lovely. I went for the most expensive fillet steak and it was perfectly cooked to my request, the trimmings and sauce were just enough and presentation lovely. Service was friendly and flowing, even when it got busy.Would definitely be re visiting in the near future and would certainly recommend.
Dom’s Italian – Poulton-Le-FyldeWent last night for first time. Fantastic food, friendly staff and very chilled environment! Want to today for lunch..well and truly hooked!
Salt of the Earth – Poulton-Le-FyldeDreadful, will not go back. The downstairs bar staff were very rude.
Dom’s Italian – Poulton-Le-FyldeExcellent Sunday lunch.Smart, polite and very obliging staff. Marks out of 10--15. Definitely one of the finest restaurants in the Fylde at a reasonable price.
Without doubt the worst coffee I have ever tasted. My americano arrived in a glass latte cup (?)and was so weak and tasteless I could acually look through the glass. I wasn't even offered any sugar.
Cornmill, The – Poulton-Le-FyldeWe went to Mews Thai last Thursday as they had a music night upstairs, a girl called Caroline entertained as we ate what I thought was really really good food..... It was one of the best nights I've ever had in a restaurant. Yummy food and first class entertainment. Highly recommended! :-D
Mews Thai – Poulton-Le-FyldeFantastic food and a very vibrant and up to date decor and atmosphere.
The Lemon Tree Indian Restaurant – Poulton-Le-FyldeHad a lovely meal at Rico's restaurant. The ambience is great, very warm and friendly, make you feel right at home. The staff are helpful and polite.I ordered the halibut, it was a special, amazing! My friend had the weekday deal two courses for £13, they had a started and main which were great. The food was hot, freshly prepared and very tasty. Would definitely go again. The menu was good with authentic Italian meals with some less authentic meals to please the less adventurous palate. Great all round, a lovely family restaurant that I will visit again with probably a large party. It does get busy though......which is always a good sign. Booking recommended on weekends and Friday nights. Buon appetito!
Ricos Italian Restaurant – Poulton-Le-FyldeAte here last night and thought the three courses we had were fantastic and very good value for money. Our bill was under £60 for two of us including drinks and supplements. The starters and puddings were not the usual run of the mill options on set price menu's and the fillet steak was absolutely perfect. The Chef personally checked each guest was happy with their meal which was a nice touch. Service was excellent and the atmosphere and décor first class. I would expect to pay much more for a meal of this standard and it is bar far the best restaurant in the Knott End area.
We went last night after hearing good reviews from friends and it was excellent! Food was delicious and the forerib of beef was amazing. Had a thoroughly enjoyable evening and the Spanish waiter and English waitress were most friendly and engaging. Will definitely be a regular visitor from now on!
Espanol – Poulton-Le-FyldeJohn and I visited on 21/05/2013 and found it to be very spacious and welcoming with a large fish pool feature. The staff are superb and very helpful. We sampled the Banquet for 2 the food taste fresh and well presented both quality quantity price and freshness Great. We shall certainly be back again and again. If you decide to give it a try I can assure you will not be disappointed and will return again. Derek Mitchell.
