Preston in Lancashire is a cosmopolitan city located on the River Ribble and is also the home of the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN). Many restaurants and food pubs can be found in the city centre and its suburbs.
Great food, well presented, excellent service with attention to small details. Very impressed, great and simple yet very effective ambience, feels at home or somewhere far east yet still in Hoole! Worth the experience most definitley very DIFFERENT overall from others though little pricey...but a must try it, experience indeed.

Sagar Premier – PrestonFirst time I have been to this popular restaurant. We were greeted by a warm welcome on arrival, and seated on the loveley comfy sofas. The menu was complex but extensive and mouth watering. The manager made us feel very welcome and was very chatty, this made us feel at home instantly. He was very attentive, and we left quite full. Nellie The Elephant – PrestonNewly refurbished and an excellent Eatery. But oh my goodness, just don`t look at the colour of the carpet! It was a nice Tangerine colour on our last visit, but appears to have suffered almost total destruction in the space of the last 5 weeks.......Sad!
Naaz Indian Cuisine – PrestonGood meal always assured here, we tend to go at least once a week and it's always fab. Great 'eat as much as you want' on a wed for about £8(ish) Doesnt look great from the outside but worth stepping through the door!
The Great Season Chinese Restaurant – PrestonOnce again this establishment has come up trumps since it recently re-invented itself. They`ve done an excellent job here and it`s nice to see that, on our most recent visit, those standards have been maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed this meal, the friendly service and the all round ambience. Ful marks to the management here, please keep it up .
Naaz Indian Cuisine – PrestonGood Food, Good Service for a Good Price in beautiful surrondings. I love this place it has everything I want for a relaxing lunch or romantic night out & if you really want to impress a loved one the bedrooms are gorgeous. I have even taken my 11 month little girl for lunch & the staff were very accommodating (she is very well behaved & is accustomed to eating out). It is not somewhere for children to run around but an oasis for a relaxing quality meal.
Haighton Manor Country House Hotel – Prestonthis has to be the BEST chinese restaurant in the northwest.cannot fault anythging about this place from the welcome to the leaving nothing is too much trouble for the staff who ensure everything is done to make your dining experience the best it can be.
The Great Season Chinese Restaurant – PrestonHaving just re-visited The Naaz, we are having to eat humble pie. Since our last visit things have changed! This was always a reliable watering hole serving good food, but had lacked the sparkle of other up market curry establishments. It has now come of age, with new decour, bar area and by the time they`ve finished..posh Loos. The food remains excellent, nicely served and tasty as always. But with a new look and new menu things are really on the up. It is nice to see that even well established Restaurants can re-invent themselves occasionally and emerge even better than before.

Tiggis Pizzeria – PrestonThe Naaz has always enjoyed a good reputation over the last few years and our recent visit gave no leave to change that view. In many ways it`s a shame that it`s tucked away in a side street, but a blessing for those that just "drop in" because invariably they can squeeze you in somewhere. The ambience of this curry house is never likely to set the pace, but having said that, it is a good honest and clean establishment where the food is always nothing less than excellent. The service can vary, though is generally good and the starters are always worth a look. The have a varied menu which is always well prepared. I probably don`t fully do it justice because I`ve been going there for so many years. But if you want reliablity and good food you`ll certainly not go wrong here
