Preston in Lancashire is a cosmopolitan city located on the River Ribble and is also the home of the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN). Many restaurants and food pubs can be found in the city centre and its suburbs.
Once again we had an excellent meal, the service was excellent and the overall visit was excellent. I must particularly highlight the waiting staff who were attentive. That's not to take anything away from the chef and his staff, we have come to expect the high quality of the food on each occasion that we have visited

Planks Kitchen – PrestonI absolutely love the fabulous tasty wholesome food at South planks . There aren’t many places that serve such great nutritious food with great vegetarian and vegan options which are always fresh and extremely good value for money ! The home made kombucha is fantastic too !

Bread and Butter – PrestonMet up with friends over lunch yesterday. Great value and varied choices on menu, we all loved the different sandwiches we chose: prawn, coronation chicken and ham. Service was excellent, prompt, polite and professional, whilst being friendly. Will be back again.

Bread and Butter – PrestonWe went for lunch on Saturday, great food. Had the chicken Caesar salad and really good value. My son had the club sandwich and this too was delicious. However, took a while for our drink order to be taken. Later we weren’t asked about our food or if we wanted more drinks. That was a bit disappointing.
