Called in for breakfast on the way back from the Lakes. We love Planks Kitchen its got atmosphere, awesome food, lovely staff and good parking. We love it as it was excellent vegan options and todays vegan breakfast and avocado on sourdough was no exception, flipping delicious. We had a beets and immunity juice and two Americanos and they were fantastic too. There was a great selection of vegan cakes (some gluten free) too. Love Planks Kitchen and its easy to make an excuse to make a return visit. No wonder its always busy so its advisable to book.

Really lovely first visit here. Food was amazing only downside was being squished against the table and there wasn’t really any room to move due to the table we were on and a big party behind squishing me! Not the restaurants fault but definitely didn’t help our experience. Would definitely visit again

Amazing food, exceeded our expectations. So nice to find such tasty veggie options in the area for a change. Lovely place and delightful staff. The coffee and cakes were also delicious.

We have been to the planks kitchen a few times and always Had a lovely meal ,and this time was no exception but we did have a couple of minor issues but the staff there were so very nice and resolved them for us , we even got a gluten free cake given to us for my celiac grand daughter , no hesitation at all to revisit , lovely team of girls and great food

As always we had an excellent lunch. The food is very tasty and well presented and also very reasonable . A lovely place with friendly staff and would definitely recommend it .

This is my go to for lunch, I always get the deli bowl, always so tasty and fresh. I love how this is changed often for the variety. Cakes are always so delicious too. Even better they are dog friendly and have treats and water available for free :)

Living near by the Pantry is an easy option and have seen the Pantry evolve since opening. Food and service is always great and always a pleasant experience.

My first time visiting Planks on Sunday & I will definitely be back. Quick service & the food was lovely.

We went for the afternoon tea and it was absolutely wonderful. Service was great and the food was lovely. Will definitely be returning soon!

Thursday lunchtime tried the fish and chips. All nicely presented and delivered a very good taste experience. I went early afternoon so restaraunt was quiet which suited me. Service was prompt and friendly. Will definitely go again and try one of the other menu items.

This is my favourite place for afternoon tea - lots of savouries - soup, sandwiches, fries, halloumi fries, black pudding bon bons followed by jam and cream scones, eton mess and chocolate brownies. Great service from friendly staff! Perfect

Went for afternoon tea on a Saturday, such a cute little place. The staff were lovely and the food was amazing! Definitely will be going back, so happy we chose this place. 100% won’t be disappointed
