It was our first visit and it definitely will not be our last! Works Christmas Doo! Possibly one of the busiest nights of the year and the food and service was excellent. We were a party of 10 and nothing was too much trouble. We had a great night!! Massive thank you to the Manager (who got stuck in) and his Team - you were amazing! Would highly recommend!

A great night had for our office Christmas party. The food was delivered on time to a table of 9 and the service was very efficient considering the restaurant was packed. Very tasty food as always and a great atmosphere, all thanks to the Tiger Lounge team. Cheers!

We love it at Tiger Lounge, have been several times however the most recent visit was disappointing. Not because of food, which was lovely (though undercooked) but due to the lack of service, wait time’s for everything and care. After pre booking a table and requesting a booth, then calling prior to arriving to confirm this we then arrived to no booths available. A couple had sat in the booth marked reserved and had been served their drinks and orders taken. As there was no where else for us to sit the couple were moved to a smaller table which was uncomfortable for us. Surely point out there is a reserved sign before serving? It took a long time to take our order, bring drinks etch 2 members of our party of 8 were served food 15+ minutes before the rest, meaning they had finished by the time other meals arrived. Sadly the final two people to be eventually served were children, way later than the rest of us. We specifically came for the Sunday roast, unfortunately it wasn’t the same as we had been served previously. The cauliflower wasn’t cooked, the sharing sides were stone cold by the time our main plates arrived and then we had to sit staring at our food whilst we waited for cutlery. All people should be served together or at least make sure children are served first if this isn’t possible. By this point we had then been there almost 2 hours and ordered our desserts. The children’s arrived and they finished theirs, we waited an additional 5 minutes after this then went to the bar and asked for our bill and to cancel the remaining desserts, we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy them now the children were restless and had finished and the gaps were too long. 5 minutes later and still no bill, but the desserts arrive to our table and we again say no please can we have the bill as we have now been here 2.5hrs and need to leave. I feel it was unfair to bring desserts after telling us they weren’t ready 5min before and that they would bring the bill over- we had coats on at this point. Bill arrived and they have charged us an additional £12 which we then have to query Service, lack of attention to detail and delays really let a fantastic place down after we had persuaded friends to join us there by saying how awesome it is. Little things like not taking 20 mins to clear empty plates, having cutlery there prior to/at same time as food served, taking note of serving the full table/children first will make a huge difference to experience. Food overall good, atmosphere great, also fab value for money but staff seem inexperienced/unable to cope. We seemed to have different waiting staff rather than one- maybe an idea they have allocated tables so individuals are responsible for clearing/serving and not relying on customers to ask for plates to be moved. We also would have likely had many more drinks but struggled to grab their attention and weren’t once asked if we needed another drink/how the food is etc. We will try again based on previous visits and hopefully logistics and service improve

Had a fantastic night Sat 7th Dec. Grant and the team were great and looked after us all night. Our works Christmas party was superb and the amount of food you get for the price was unreal. Thanks again Tiger Lounge, we will be back.

5 star across the board. The atmosphere, food, service and overall value for money were top quality. The staff were extremely accommodating on a busy night and couldn’t have been more pleasant.

I’ve been to the Tiger Lounge in Rawtenstall many times for cocktails, on this occasion we went for food too. I was expecting the usual great service, however, we had 2 drinks sent to us incorrectly, waited for 45 minutes between courses for us having to ask where our food was - we were then told it was sent to a different table. When the food came it was nice but we felt disappointed by the whole evening. I would go again to give them another chance but not when it’s so busy as it felt like the staff couldn’t cope

I was celebrating my 50th birthday with friends and booked the bottomless brunch...we had a great experience...the personal touch of one of the staff asking my name and remembering throughout service to the birthday shot we had a great afternoon lovely food and prosecco. It's a shame that the entertainer wasn't really appreciated as everyone was eating, drinking and being merry....I would recommend this especially for girly afternoon or birthday

Really enjoyed our evening at the Tiger Lounge. Food and service was good. One piece of feedback would be that nobody was there to welcome dining guests who the waited at a very busy bar to then be shown upstairs. Somebody specifically welcoming guests and showing them upstairs would of added to the experience.

We have a wonderful time on Saturday the staff we amazing and looked after us. The food was amazing as were the cocktails and Gin’s . We will all defo be back to visit

Staff were so friendly and welcoming and the food was really nice definitely be going back.

Lovely Sunday lunch with family. Everything cooked to perfection from the tasty beef, homemade Yorkshire puddings, and the tasty veg and cauliflower cheese.. gravy was perfect too. Very helpful, friendly staff who worked hard. Surprised it wasn’t busier for Sunday lunch to be honest. Will definitely return and recommend

Went for meeting up with friends, not eaten in hear since its been Tiger Lounge. Food was very good no complaints, just could not get to sample all of it, so will be back again.

We went for a birthday and ordered one of the cocktail tree which was lovely and really good value! All the staff were lovely. We ordered way too much food (our own greedy fault) which was all lovely and really good value. The only downside was our table that had a view in to the men’s toilets, not the nicest. I wouldn’t mind some much if we were being fitted in on a busy night, but I’d booked weeks in advance. Really quite off putting!

I came here on Saturday with a friend, we had booked a table for 7:15. When we arrived we were told they had over booked upstairs and then said we can squeeze you in here (a table of 6 downstairs next to the speaker so we had to shout to communicate). We were then told by someone else we couldn’t sit on a table of 6 so if we didn’t mind waiting we could sit upstairs. We waited approx 30 minutes and finally got seated upstairs. The food was good, however It would of been nice to have something complimentary, even if it was a little starter whilst we waited just for the inconvenience.

Service was amazing, drinks were good and the food was lovely!

Had a fantastic night here! Our food and drinks were amazing and staff amazing also. Definitely recommend.
