Our first visit last night but it certainly won’t be our last. Excellent food, particularly enjoyed the meatballs and the calamari. Very good sized portions. We had one dish packed up to take home, so we opted for a dessert as well. The service was great with very friendly staff particularly Katy, who was so helpful. Definitely will return in the near future.

The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallTwo of our party arrived an hour early for our meal, but the staff were kind enough to seat us at our reserved table straight away whilst we waited for the rest of our group. When we ordered, the service was exceptional. We didn't catch the name of the girl serving us, but she was lovely, and the bar staff were quick to help and attentive. The food itself was very nice, and we didn't take too long to come out of the kitchen. We ordered 3 of the sharing platters for the table, and they were a good mix of dishes and more than enough (probably too much)for 4 people. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Lots of choice from traditional to special offerings and a whole vegan menu. Despite being very busy the service was exceptional and time from ordering to service was outstanding. The price was very reasonable given the service and quality of food.

A super range for dietary needs, too. It was beautifully cooked and presented. The quantity was exceptional. So much that we couldn't eat it all and Kate offered to box it up so we could take it home. The atmosphere is warm and joyful. Everyone is welcomed with a smile.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallWe had a fabulous meal here on a Saturday night. The food was the best I’d had in Rossendale. Really varied and interesting menu, particularly the specials. Everything was cooked and prepared to perfection. The service was super friendly and personable. What a gem! Only tricky thing for me was the noise levels on a Saturday night as it made it difficult to hear each other but it was great to see the place buzzing with lots of atmosphere.
