A friday evening expedition for tea/dinner and what a super find it turned out to be.The welcome and service were excellent and the place itself was warm and very attractive. The food offerings were very good even on the Early Dinner Menu and the standard and amount of food was excellent. When we were there it was very early and so there were only a few people in the restaurant so we are not really able to comment on the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. Certainly we will be back and we will be telling others about the gem in AoM.

Took some friends to Fat Loaf in Ashton on Mersey Village and yet again another fantastic meal. Staff are so warm and friendly nothing is to much trouble. We will be back very soon, thanks guys

Had a really lovely evening with friends at the Fat Loaf. Warm, welcoming atmosphere, excellent service and fantastic food as always. The hardest part was deciding what to eat - so much choice!

Fantastic food and service, warm welcoming environment, nothing too much trouble. We loved it so much we all decided we need to keep going back until we have tried everything on the menu. Looking forward to next visit already.

Staff were very accommodating due to technical issue with online booking. Very friendly and the food was amazing a good variety of meals at reasonable prices. Looking forward to eating there again

This place is not the best I wouldn’t recommend coming here the food is very very oily and tastes horrible and like water also the staff are not very helpful or respectful

Lovely lunch at Jacksons Boat in Sale. A great haven from the city in the city! A great place to bring your dog after a walk in the surrounding parklands.

Great cakes in this busy Sale café!

My husband and I dined here on Friday last week, great service, fabulous food and so reasonable. Its great to have a place like this as our local, consistently good, we should actually go more often than we do. Keep up the good work.

My Mother was 82 and we wanted to take her somewhere nice. My brother said he as been to the Bridge and it was very nice so we all went sunday 20/8/2017 and from walking in the young lad who got us a table for 6 looked after us all day with drinks and food he was saw helpful and mother said what a nice young lad the food was 1st class. Will be coming back thank you very much for making it a great day.

It has been tempting and we wanted to go borrello and try it out, specially after we found out its the same chef who used to work at linguine, so we pay them a visit last week, the place is nicely decorated and good set up. Ordered drink good choice and priced reasonably, followed by starter we had ribs and garlic bread special, we end up having the garlic bread as the ribs was to hard to chew, we didn't make a fuss at the time, we asked for main course i had fillet steak (blue) AS ALWAYS and my partner asked for salted-crust sea bass but strangely end up with sea bass grill. Firstly my steak was more like well done and the fish was left with bones. then i ask the waiter who couldn't speak english at all, he went and this rude waitress come to our table with no manner and when i did inform her with my steak is over cooked she said this is what you order and thats what you get!! We couldn't wait to get out that place they couldn't even get one thing right we asked for the bill we paid and left immediately. Then only when we went to linguine this week and told them how bad things were there at the new place then we been told its nothing to do with linguine and the chef been sacked! Well no wonder!!
