Howies Bistro – DunkeldMy family and I ate here twice recently - the atmosphere was relaxing and romantic - the food was amazing ( I had Spanish sausage pasta and hubby had Monkfish which he said was to die for!) My little girl who can be quite fussy absolutely loved their spaghetti bolognese and couldn't eat the chocolate cake quick enough!! Finally I've found an Italian restaurant that can make a decent hot chocolate too - definitely worth a visit or two!! Just a shame its in Glasgow as we live 3 hours away!! Compliments to the owner and staff for such a wonderful experience.

Gratzi Restaurant – FifeI have been going to this restaurant for about 6 years now and refuse to go anywhere else...nothing compares! The staff are very friendly and the food is like no where else, huge portions at reasonable prices. Although there can be a wait for tables it is definitely a jewel worth finding.LOVE THE DELHI!!
Delhi Darbar – GlasgowThe food is simply sumptuous and is a bargain at £37 for a fixed 4-course meal that actually turns into something a bit more with the number of small tasters in between each meal. It is a testament to the consistent performance of the chefs that a table at La Potiniere probably requires a minimum of 1 months pre-booking. The setting is an eye opener in that it is situated on the main road of a quiet village and you could be forgiven for driving past the restaurant thinking it was a private dwelling - it is, in effect a small bungalow with the dining taking place in what would be the living/dining room. There is no loud music played at La Potiniere but then again, the food is so tasty that all diners almost always engage in celebrated chatter after the oohs' and ahhs' have subsided from first tastings. The best compliment I can probably pay this establishment is that it is one you would choose if you wanted to celebrate an occasion and it certainly merits taking time beforehand to dress up for - not that you are required to do so, it is just that the food here is so special, it would be a shame not to look your finest whilst enjoying a taste of heaven. A complete joy.
La Potiniere – EdinburghMushtaqs in Hamilton(not Motherwell) has is pretty new and is head and shoulders above any place I have ever eaten in. The food is amazing, service good and the decor is very cool! negative points - you cannot book a table so it is a bit of a lottery if you get a seat or not. They don't sell Irn Bru! Couple of small points - overall fantastic. We discovered this place when we noticed the very cool branded minis - and have been addicted since.
Mushtaqs – MotherwellHaving dined here numerous times, this restaurant is by far one of the best in the region. The food flavours and combinations are superb and the presentation is always immaculate. The inspiration of the chef is that of a genius and i would suggest to anyone in the area not to miss out on dining here.

Delhi Darbar – GlasgowReally enjoyed watching you guys on the F Word. Thought you came out very well and preferred the look of your meal. well done anyway.
Chop Chop – EdinburghReturn to this place over and over again. Every dish I have ever tried is always brilliant, the service is great and the prices cant be grumbled at. Yes even when you book a table you need to wait, but I think the fact it is so busy speaks for itself.
