Cafe Neuk – AberdeenAbsolutely fantastic meal from start to finish. Staff were really friendly and welcoming Mussels, fish pie, chowder and seafood platter all fantastic cannot fault anything here. The restaurant is small and busy so booking is definitely needed, we saw lots being turned away. Would 100% recommend this restaurant.
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeAs usual we always have a lovely lunch food was great staff attentive and friendly and surroundings pleasant
The Golden Lion Hotel – StirlingVery enjoyable meal. Service excellent. Food delicious. Thank you
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeI have been going to Cronies for several years for lunch with friends. Meal always nice, but after yesterday's mean we will definitely not be back. Soup was like dishwasher and very salty and it was cold. Sent it back which wasn't a problem for the staff. Definitely won't be back, plus there is a price increase.
The Golden Lion Hotel – StirlingAbsolutely fantastic meal! Would highly recommend.
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeA wonderful establishment 2 fantastic suppers and adapted as I was gluten free No problems sorted out by zac who took personal care of us on both of our visits wonderful seafood Hoping the season goes well for you all Diana fletcher
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeOne of the best meals I have had recently. The scallops were perfectly cooked in a lovely sauce. The sea bream, cooked whole was very tasty.
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeWent for a meal on half price Wednesday ( mains only) food was great and the staff were friendly and polite would recommend it.
Ravelston House – EdinburghExcellent food and wonderful service
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeThe food was very good and the staff excellent. The noise level caused by other customers was so high we moved outside. I don’t know how you can control that?
Cafe Neuk – AberdeenLovely staff, super food
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeBooked a table for six for lunch recently and was very disappointed. We choose the Golden Lion as it is within easy walking distance from the train station. We have been a few times and the food and service have been fine. Unfortunately, on this occassion the first food to arrive was cold and had to be sent back. On the second attempt the food was still luke warm and was not what was described on the menu. The waiting staff were quick to deal with all issues and did allow us a free bottle of wine, which was appreciated, but did not make up for the unappetising food. Needless to say we did not stay for desert. From listening to comments from other diners it appears we were not alone in feeling let down.
The Golden Lion Hotel – StirlingThis is a fabulous seafood destination. Some inventive flavours to give the best local produce a different but subtle twist, but also all the classic dishes. Great atmosphere too
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeAmazing menu and quirky and very attractive interior to the restaurant. The staff were very friendly-even cleaned our oyster shells for us to take away! I have never seen scallops like it-huge, tender and delicious! The whole meal was great and we would highly recommend Cafe Fish. Thank you.
